Good treatment on the phone, reception and inside the doctor's office. Committed doctor who took a holistic approach so that you left with several paths forward as well as the opportunity for feedback and return visits. Recommend listing here even if you don't live next door 🙏

Extremely unfriendly receptionists have been there in all the years I've been going here, I think it's so very sad that you are treated so badly.): but very good doctors/nurses here one reason I haven't changed healthcare centers! Please get a NEW receptionist!

Not a good experience there at all. Never got any help there, applied to change doctors but still got the same doctor. They have very long waiting times to take blood samples (even if you have an appointment). Have friends who have received good service there over the years but unfortunately it has deteriorated a bit lately!

Wanted to make an appointment to get cough medicine prescribed for my son who is coughing his lungs out. The receptionist thought it was unnecessary because "you can cough for a long time". Yes, why do you think I want cough medicine for? Could be fun if the whole family, including the poor sick son, could maybe sleep at night. And no, over-the-counter cough medicines don't work. Very work-shy people at this vc...

Worst healthcare center in all of Stockholm. Absolutely do not want to help people, especially Anders Kjellberg, have contacted them about the same problem since May last year and received no help at all. Catastrophic. Strongly recommend that you register at another health center, because here you will not get any help at all.

You drag yourself to the last minute to even try to seek care here. Incompetent and disengaged staff at all levels. Long waiting time, and doctors who sigh when you describe your symptoms. Warning for this place!!!

If you are sick and need care, look elsewhere because you won't get care here! When my daughter was ill with symptoms that suggested strep throat, we sought care. After a short examination without taking samples or medication, we were sent home with the advice to rest well. When we returned to the health center a week later, now with even more symptoms, it was now too late to medicate. Instead, we had to go to the children's intensive care unit at Huddinge hospital, where the daughter was admitted for 3 days for surgery and care.

Incredibly badly treated by the reception several times! Several of the staff working there are not only uninterested but hostile as well and I was lectured several times in front of other patients in the queue. Reaching out by phone takes time, if you get time you are taken back, they are not respected either. If there is no e-mail address, you can send in a supplement. I will immediately change the health center and report some of the staff for malpractice.
