Knowledgeable, professional & friendly physiotherapists. Stefan helped me & family members heal from several injuries, and always has good advice about stretches at home and tools to stay healthy. I tried other places, but they were not as good as Alta Vita. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience here, actually so good that I went twice: once for pain in my shoulder and second time for pain in my foot caused by running. Stefan is a really good professional taking time to explain what's the cause of the issue and how it can be fixed. After doing the shockwave therapy, stretching and the exercises recommended, both my problems were resolved and I also received advice on how to avoid future injuries. I definitely recommend them.

If you are looking for a great physical therapist in Stockholm, this is the place to go. In the middle of the summer, my knee started to hurt after some physical activity and I decided to seek help. At the same time, it was not very clear what exactly had happened and even what exactly was hurting. Ricardo (who is Alta Vita's physical therapist) listened to me very carefully and with all my many descriptions of where it hurt and how and when (it is worth mentioning that I am not a native English nor Swedish speaker and do not know some words in those languages) and after the first visit it became clear what was the source of pain. Now, after several months of special physical therapy prescribed by Ricardo, my knee pain is gone and I fully recovered. Now I can run and ride a bicycle again and have no pain afterwards. Btw, they have a very good gym at their place, just a nice addition :)
