Been in McDonald's all over the world. If there's something good about it is consistency, you know what you are getting and to what standards... That was until today. This one in a main area of Stockholm is the worst I've ever been in by far. Dirty and with no toilets makes it for a very unpleasant stay. Nobody seems to be managing the place, and if there is, it must be incognito. To be avoided at any cost, I say. Just got surrounded by scary group of druggies. Security man talking to someone doesn't seem to be bother by these characters (not customers) making people nervous. Sh.., sugar, I thank my lucky stars. I'm not coming here ever again.

Had to compare to the States' McDonald's. The nuggets were good, they did seem higher quality. Fried were about the same. The sauce choices are amazing though.

Is a regular McDonald's, but the toilet is disgusting!!! It's dirty and neglected. One single toilet bowl for all gender, without urinal. The people have to wait permanently. The whole toilet is in bad condition.

Vegetarian salad was amazing. Better than any salad available from any chain fast food/coffee place in the UK. The Parmesan chips were disappointing and very salty. Stick to the salad. I also got a mango milkshake - amazing. And a passion fruit sundae - also amazing. Must try. Makes you realise how boring UK McDonald is

If I could put zero I would. Quite possibly the worst customer service ever. We had just traveled four hours and wanted to get some food. We then used the self service screen to order but wouldn’t let me pay (this also happened to many others as there was a queue of people). An employee name Jesper came over (bearing in mind we were waiting at least 5 minutes) and out the blue said “we have a lot to do”. As someone who has many years in the customer service industry this is appalling attitude. When our food was ready Jesper came over and literally threw it on the counter and then threw his arms in the air. The is the worst customer service I’ve ever seen anywhere.

The Mac is somewhat hidden under a viaduct and in the evenings there are some noisy bums. But it was great on our route from the hotel to Gamla Stan. Friendly staff and no long wait. The triple cheeseburgers are delicious and can be adjusted with the desired ingredients. Therefore 5 *****

Fast food joint that sits underneath a bridge, resulting in a dark and gloomy experience. I would not visit this location, unless I knew it was for a takeaway only

Seems like a pretty standard McDonald's. Apparently they serve the El Maco in Sweden, which is a Mexican-inspired burger with sour cream and El maco sauce (has a tinge of salsa perhaps?). They also have shaker fries with the chili pepper-based seasoning. Strawberry ice cream was pretty good but melts quickly.

Good service and good food but this is probably one of the more sketchy McDonalds I know

Comparing to their branches in the UK, McDonald’s in Sweden is quite posh!

The Mexican themed beef burger was very good. Fries were cooked perfectly too

The burger was good, the store was tidy and spacious. However to my biggest surprise, there was just 1 toilet for both male and female customers. Such a huge outlet with many customers, should have at least 1 separate for male and another for female. I had to queue for long to take a piss and there was no soap to wash my hands after. It was not a good feeling 🤢🤮🤢

It was closed but it is always yummy i am loving it

Sehr teuer! Die Wartezeit war in Ordnung (10-15 Minuten). Was mich allerdings sehr genervt hat waren die Alkoholiker die lautstark herumgeschrien haben!

Sehr freundliches Servicepersonal der das Essen zum Tisch brachte... Leider wurde nicht alles richtig gebracht. Generell ist das Geschäft sehr schmutzig, Die Toilette ist eine Frechheit. Die Personen (Drogenabhängige) die vor den Laden standen waren sehr besorgniserregend. 2 Sterne gibt es nur wegen der Lage.

8 Bestellterminals aber nur eine Toilette und die ist alles andere als sauber ! Echt arm

Good location and lots of places to sit. Friendly staff. Table service available. Unfortunately they open at 10am only and you need to ask for the code to use the toilet.

Be honest almost of all of Mcdonalds does not smell clean even if it is cleaned. Its not the food.

Everything is okey but I guess they are the only McDonald’s in Stockholm that doesn’t have any power outlets to charge a phone…

Quite expensive for the quality of food, the personnel are serviceminded/friendly tho.

Good staff, excellent price, and the place is clean, but if you put the food on the table and go to the bathroom and come back, you see one of the workers putting the food in the trash, knowing that I put the jacket next to the chair. I hope this does not happen again..

Well, it's McD for you. Quick and economical. And you get the quality and standards maintained.

This place is scamming customrs. I tried paying at the terminal two times. It didn't work. Then I ordered at the counter. This worked. But I was charged three times. For one order.

It seems to be the cheaper McDonalds than the one I found somewhere else in Sweden so I was surprised. The place is tidy but.. it’s under a bridge so it is not always save to go there. There are some homeless people or people who decide to pee on the wall. So a good option for a quick meal but in a bad place.

It's a typical Macdonalds, there all the same except this one had run out of beef for thier burgers and only had chicken, fish and other non beef stuff was very disappointed but I guess it must of been a busy day.

Quite good and clean... Keep it up McDonald's. It has toilets too, so it helps the tourists mainly... :)

This McD are usually crowded since it’s like in the city Centre and near from Central Station. But a order machines are available to help us order faster

I went on Sunday evening so very less crowded. Located between sergel torg to Central station.

It was a great place to eat, but it is quite busy and crowded, but the food was nice and the service was good

Beware the store does not allow any dogs going with you to the McDonald's. There is no sign of no dogs allowed plus my dog is a small breed (Pomeranian). I felt very disappointed considering that almost every McDonald's allows dogs. Would not recommend.
