    I am too much disappointed to purchased air line ticket from this organisation and since following up one year for my refund. I would rate 1 start and expecting someone from the organisation customer service to resolve my issue.

    This is the worst worst worst travelling agency. We had one very criticle emergency today and customer support people never answered. We mailed them, called them. Still no answer. We tried to reach through arlanda aiport authority. Still no luck. When we called their phone, reception guy said i can not help and redirected to online support and waited for more than 2 hours holding 6months baby. Please do not go this travel agency. They have worst customer support You guys dont deserve to run this business

    I would avoid booking from odenresor. I booked tickets through them and when I finished booking they didn't send me my E-ticket until I called. Their staff was rude and unhelpful. My flight timing had been postponed by 5 hours and I was okay with flying at that time but odenresor kept insisting that I had to pay 400 kr (40 Euros) extra to travel or else they would cancel my ticket. I asked the staff to send me an official email about this but they refused. I was anxious about my flight until I contacted the flight company and they said that my ticket is confirmed. Neither did they bother checking me in, which most online travel agencies do now a days. I was scared until my flight took off because they had threatened me that they would cancel my flight. I don't understand why odensor is still running because their service is bad, their staff is unhelpful and rude and they won't bother to even send you your E-ticket until you have to beg them. They are the worst experience I've had and totally unprofessional. My suggestion is, book through more established travel agencies or the official airline app or website.

    Terrible experience with their customer service. They don't take the phone during the designated service hours, don't reply mails, don't call back. I was on hold for more than 20 minutes, and finally go through, only for the service assistant to put me back on hold

    I am so pissed off with this agency. Horrible customer service with RCG.se from the same group. I had a problem with a flight at the airport (British did not accepted my vaccine card to board) and after calling more than 20 times to RCG customer service before the flight departed, no one has answered, I ended up missing my flight to India that was supposed to be re-scheduled by them, (according to the airline) after I finally got hold of someone from customer service next day they said they couldn't do anything and kept saying I should go to the airline. British Airways kept sending me to the agency saying they were the only ones that could alter my booking and help me out. Which the customer service agent said they had no power to help me, only the airline could. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this agency and I would never use their service again. You can maybe get a cheaper flight, but if you need them, they will stroll you away and not going to solve your problem. I have lost more than 700SEK in a flight I had not boarded and had to buy another flight last minute for 9000SEK.

    Can’t recommend them. I booked a flight for 500 SEK and when I received an e-mail to pay for it, it was suddenly 700 SEK. Customer service didn’t reply to me, instead they just canceled my booking.

    Don't buy your flights tickets there. They have not commercial tie with Ryanair but made the booking available on the website. I bought a Ryanair ticket on Odenresor. However, without any commercial tie, Ryanair is asking me to verify my ID. Since their ID verification is not working properly, I have to pay EUR 55 in the airport for the in-person verification.

    I recommend staying away from this travel agency. I booked a return flight with additional checked luggage. However they somehow forgot to add this luggage to the return flight only, which I only realized at the airport. So of course I had to pay, I got the money refunded from my luggage booking, unfortunately it didn't cover the unchecked luggage fee at the airport. If you do book with them, make sure everything is correct and expect to not have your emails answered, you need to call.

    Värsta bolaget jag haft kontakt med. Ett flyg blev inställt 1 månad innan avgång. Nu 4 månader senare kräver dem fortfarande pengar för att jag skall få tillbaka kostnaden jag lagt. Trots att både kreditkortsbolaget, konsumentverket och flygbolaget säger att det är deras ansvar att betala tillbaka då jag faktiskt gjort allt jobb och redan kontaktat alla enheter som dem vill ha massa pengar för.
