I was here for late lunch around 2pm, they asked if we were just gonna be staying for one hour. I guess it's because people have booked, there were perfect amount of people and it was a nice atmosphere(no children screaming and loud music) to speak and have conversations in with vietnamese background music. The service were really extra when we came in and sat down. The food I choose were "ankbröst med nudelsallad", best choice ever. Could eat that everyday, it was sweet, delicious, cool and much more! The asthetic of the food and the surroundings really fitted together perfectly. Additionally, love the cute fake salamanders on the walls!

Now this is by far the best Vietnamese cuisine to be had in Stockholm. Their attention to detail, the little nerdy details, sticking to authentic ingredients, if not available locally growing them on their own. The owner and the spirit behind the restaurant is genuinely excited about food and it shows. Lip smacking good food. Recommend it for anyone who loves good food. Really good food.

As a Vietnamese, I can say that the dishes I had taste exactly how I had them back in Vietnam. I was surprised to see the frog dish, didn’t think I could have it here. Cozy interior. The lady host is super nice and lovely. Very attentive staff making sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable time. We had a lovely time here, thank you!

One of hardest Vietnames restaurants in Stockholm to get a table. The foods made with love, passion! Great service, My favorite drinking was gin tonic with fresh ginger. It was definitely worth the visit. Well prepared food with interesting blend of tastes at. The owner made her foods unit here in Sweden. My favorite foods were rawbiff, fish... Yummy! We ended up here by chance late in the evening after a walk, ate spring rolls and duck breast. To go with it a glass of Riesling from the Main region in Germany. All in all, a wonderful stay and a very friendly and serviceable waiter, who also gave us other dining recommendations in Stockholm. Great evening!

I was there with my sister who introduced me about Vietnamese restaurant in Stockholm. To be honest, the price is a bit high but so worth it because of fresh ingredients. Moreover, the presentation is quite beautiful and delicious, staffs are friendly. Overall, I think this place is suitable for families enjoy dinner together or even you have a cozy date in here.

elevated vietnamese food at it’s finest! the flavor profiles were authentically viet but it’s juxtaposed with modern/seasonal/local ingredients. my husband and i ordered the papaya salad, mini pancakes with scallop, grilled oysters, lamb wrapped in betel leaves, 5 mushroom sticky rice and duck with tumeric noodles. all the ingredients were so fresh and there was so much thought and creativity that went into the herbs, garnishes and sauces that go with each dish. every dish stood on its own and tasted different from one another. my favorites were the papaya salad, mini pancakes and lamb but honestly everything was so good including the flan (elevated with vietnamese iced coffee, passion fruit and coconut). omg. i’m gushing bc i’m vietnamese and i’ve eaten at a lot of viet places around the world but this one might just be my favorite. too bad i don’t live in stockholm. 😭 it’s a small place and seating can be cramped as it’s a popular restaurant. the decor reminded me hanoi - it has an old world/french colonial feel to it. anyway, i highly recommend this place!

You are looking for a good restaurant for dinner in Stockholm, this is the one that I would recommend for fantastic Vietnamese dishes, service and atmosphere. A warm place to enjoy dinner time with family, friends or colleagues. I love "Sommarrullar", "Sauteed corn with grilled shrimp", "Vietnamese sizzling pancake" and "Flan" for desert.

STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND EAT HERE!! Super restaurant with mindblowing vegan food 🤯🤯🤯 Very fresh and crisp dishes and great waitresses. Good wine recommendation and just a good vibe situation all together. Pricewise its like a middle fancy resturant. 2 starters + 1 middle course + 1 glass of wine ended up around 600 sek/60€. But I got so perfectly full 💚💚💚 You need to book a table but its SO worth it. Why are you still reading when you could eat great food 😱😱😱???!

Minh Mat has been one of our absolute local favorites in Vasastan since it opened 7 years ago. Their modern Vietnamese kitchen is continuously being updated with new dishes and flavors. Keeping it top-notch. Excellent cocktails, and desserts too.

Would give 6 stars if I could. Excellent food, great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. The place was full, but they managed to squeeze us in.

Yummmmmilicious food!! Oh! So rich with all the right flavors. Loved every single thing. However, the waiting time to get food was too long. N they brought dishes 1 by 1 even for starters which I didn’t like with too long of wait between next item served. So, I felt my stomach just went in deep starvation. And the portion size is really really small . So ordering 5-6 dishes per person makes jt expensive. It’s a small place always buzzing with people. So don’t forget to book before u go. I felt the menu was limited, but they have nailed their dishes. Give ur taste buds a ride!! So good

We had an amazing dinner experience at Minh Mat where traditional Vietnamese cuisine flirts with fine-dining in an unpretentious, very cosy environment. Inspired menu, full of surprises and attention to details. Very friendly service. Highly recommended.

Using good quality ingredients should be standard in all restaurants, which they have. Trying to buy local or as organic as possible. Great Vietnamese cuisine. The only thing that left me infuriated was the big price tag and the small portions.

Our local friends managed to snag a reservation here; apparently this place is always full, so check online or call ahead to book! The place had cozy vibes, but since they're always full, it can feel crowded at peak hour. The menu has a variety of offerings, which they break down to S-M-L size so you can pick/choose based off your party size and appetite. There are seasonal choices as well as a fun cocktail menu. Overall the food was good. If I went back, I'd order more small and medium sized plates; the flavor was punchier and I'm a fan of variety. Service was attentive, no long delays. Menus in English and Swedish.

Very nice venue but the vegan menu is not balanced. I do not recommend it. Most of the food is fried and/or fermented so it gets a little much of those.

Upscale but still casual vietnamese street food without crazy prices. Everything was delicious, staff were lovely and the food came out relatively quick. Would highly recommend.

*Good but expensive* Good Vietnamese food, quite fusion while still keeping the original taste. The duck dish was especially good !! (not in picture though) Good atmosphere with nice deco and authentic Viet music. However the price was really expensive (360sek for a main, 180sek for a mid dish); we thought was ~30% more expensive than what it should be (even when accounting for good quality, general bias that asian food usually cost less etc). Another thing is the staff does not speak Viet which is a shame - we tried ordering in Vietnamese and they repeated in English.

Nice and authentic Vietnamese food. Cozy and frindly atmosphere. The sound volume can get a bit loud. Food is good, and so are drinks . Overall a nice place. Make reservations!

This was one the best dining experiences ever. The food was of great quality and authenticity, drinks were imaginative and the service attentive and fast. The price level very reasonable compared to overall Stockholm prices and especially to the quality of food.
