Underwhelming
and
unreliable.
We
have
done
many
escape
rooms
all
over
Europe
and
all
of
them
have
had
better
attention
to
detail,
more
intuitive
clues
and
a
better
story
line
than
this
entertainig
but
overpriced
and
minimalistically
designed
escape.
From
the
beginning,
we
were
totally
in
the
dark
as
to
what
to
do
despite
two
of
us
being
very
experienced
with
escapes.
Often
there
are
clearer
beginning
goals
and
a
better
defined
storyline.
It
turned
out
that
we
made
little
headway
in
part
because
vital
technology
in
the
room
(a
digital
screen)
had
literally
failed.
Therefore,
parts
of
the
game
didn't
go
as
planned
and
clues
didn't
make
any
sense.
Who
knows
how
long
we
wasted
until
this
was
realised.
At
one
point
the
staff
had
to
come
in
to
try
and
manually
restart
the
tech
but
after
3
attempts
it
still
did
not
work
and
as
a
result,
we
really
didn't
fully
understand
if
we
had
actually
solved
clues
right
or
if
they
were
just
given
to
us
to
push
as
through.
When
we
made
it
to
another
part
of
the
escape,
an
almost
endless
sound
of
code
came
but
with
no
pencil
or
paper
to
help,
it
made
solving
seem
almost
impossible.
As
one
of
our
team
got
scared
and
sat
the
mission
out,
we
later
found
out
from
them
that
the
staff
had
mentioned
that
they
had
in
fact
forgotten
to
provide
paper
and
pencil
but
that
it
should
have
been
there.
The
torches
were
failing
regularly
and
we
also
discovered
that
while
we
played,
a
new
shipment
had
just
arrived.
What's
more,
there
was
a
system
of
locks
that
froze
for
3
minutes
if
the
wrong
code
was
entered
too
many
times.
We
did
not
know
this
at
the
time.
However,
as
the
tech
from
the
first
part
was
broken,
we
tried
many
times
to
put
in
codes
trying
anything
to
figure
out
why
the
clues
were
not
working
and
so
got
frozen
out
at
least
10
minutes
from
play
because
of
this.
Despite
the
clear
failures
in
the
system
resulting
in
us
not
knowing
what
to
do
for
long
periods
of
time,
our
game
was
cut
short
literally
minutes
before
we
solved
everything.
However,
the
staff
did
not
neglect
to
point
out
that
we
had
our
60
minutes
of
play,
albeit
totally
confused
and
with
faulty
and
broken
equipment.
Little
in
the
way
of
an
apology,
just
a
request
not
to
speak
in
the
lobby
for
risk
of
spoiling
fort
those
to
come
after.
Disappointing
for
the
little
boy
who
had
his
first
escape
room
experience
and
for
the
other
who
sat
out
but
for
whom
we
were
charged
regardless.
At
least
after
such
a
poor
start,
future
experiences
can
only
be
better
for
these
kids
