Our room was old and shabby. Fungus in the shower, dust everywhere, no air-conditioning, rather noisy from the main street nearby. Definitely not 4 star level. There are renovated rooms. If you want to stay there, try to get one. They look much more promising.

Service was excellent, front desk persons very helpful. However room cleanliness, sheets and bathroom was not even close to four star quality, shower not entirely functional. No ice provided from the bar. The room had outdated furniture.

This hotel is a problem I come to stay the room they gave me was cold, so they moved me . The man was excellent however, the second day i had a guest coming to meet me before going out. As they arrived, the reception man, Anis, yelled at my colleague. Then told them they could not enter, and did not show any respect to my friend and did not let her wait nor notify me. They were supposed to come the next day but we're not comfortable coming to the lobby. Appalling attitude/policy of this staff towards my personal and professional relationships. I cannot not with good heart reccomend this place.at the moment.

The hotel is very nice, however there are a few things. The room was quite cold due to the draft coming from the windows. I drew the curtains, but it was still noticeable. The windows are not at all soundproof, so I woke up several times in the morning due to different noises. If you cannot bear noise, it is not the best choice. There was mold between the tiles in the bathroom. But overall it is still a nice place. Furnishing is nice, bed is comfortable.

Pros: central location close to metro and bus stations. Multiple coffee shops and restaurants around. Quiet neighborhood. Breakfast included with the rate and nice front desk service. Cons: the hotel feels a bit old. The rooms have a nice charm but amenities are quite dated, eg you'd have to hold your shower in one hand :) Overall a pleasant Stockholm experience.

I stayed at a single room. Room was nice and cozy. Bathroom was small bit was OK and clean. When i look out of the room it was the apartment building at the other side of the road. So most of the time i kept curtains closed. Room didn't had a electric kettle as in many hotels and no tea bags etc. U has to ask for hot water if needed and pay to get it to room. But all in all it was a good stay. Only thing i got sick of was breakfast. Breakfast is good but it is the same items each and every day. We stayed for 13 and by the second week we were sick of eating same thing every day. I think normally people do not stay here are more than couple of days so we( me and my friends) must be an exception for the business. Still i think it is good if they can add little variation. Staff was really friendly and helpful.

Cheap hotel in a wonderful position! The staff is fantastic and the breakfast plentiful but my room was very old and ruined. OK for a work night in Stockholm, not too much for a romantic weekend.

We stayed in this hotel from September 9th to September 14th in room 225. While the staff and manager were always nice and helpful and tried their best to help accommodate our needs when ever we addressed them or approached them with the requests, the hotel facilities and and overall cleanness were not at all up to expectations. Here are some of our notes and complaints: 1- curtains are stained, in multiple places. The curtains are the first thing a room resident sees and it does not leave a good first impression. 2- no fridge in the room. As I am allergic and had medication with me that needed to be left in a fridge, it was a complete surprise that a 4 star hotel double-bed bedroom doesn't have a fridge in the room. 3- toilet paper rack and towel racks are full of white dust. From the minute we walked into the room it was clear that it hasn't been dusted for a while, in two days time we asked for room service but they left without dusting the room. They only redid the bed. 4- bed and TV boxes are filled with dust and clearly not cleaned regularly, not only bathroom racks. 5- chandelier has never been cleaned before. It's color is Very yellowish. 6- there are clear big cracks in the walls all around the room. 7- left side bed reading lamp doesn't work and right side bed reading lamp makes an annoying sound when turned on. 8- bedding is yellowish and not clean! 9- room cleaning staff tidied the room and didn't leave any toilet paper- when there was none! 10- room cleaning staff is very loud during the day. Scream at each other in the hallway and slam doors making it very hard to nap. The noises were not of people fighting, more of a group of friends chatting across hallways and laughing. This was especially annoying since the "please don't distribute sign" was hung on our door. 11- food served during breakfast buffet is expired. The eggs two consecutive mornings smelled bad and were too old to be served, but the staff didn't seem to care when told. The eggs with the mayonnaise and mini shrimps caused me food poisoning. While the next morning my husband cracked open a boiled egg that smelled rotten and gave it back to the kitchen staff, who didn't even bother to explain or apologize. Again, the management and staff were the friendliest in all ways possible but the hotel doesn't measure up to the 4 stars it claims! I am attaching pictures of our room curtains, bed stand, TV box, duvet, and Toilet paper rack to show you the dirt around the room.

The employees, breakfast, view and room were great. Loved the shower! However, it was nearly impossible to maneuver at the toilet. If they could remove the unnecessary wall it would have been perfect!

My colleague and myself stayed there for 2 days recently. The rooms were very nicely decorated and spacious. Breakfast was delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful with any matter. The location was very convenient for us. Also, I left my wallet behind in the hotel room, I was already on my way back to German when I realized this. With one phonecall to the hotel and and an Email or two we arranged to have it posted over to. Very easy and uncomplicated.
