We
stayed
in
this
hotel
from
September
9th
to
September
14th
in
room
225.
While
the
staff
and
manager
were
always
nice
and
helpful
and
tried
their
best
to
help
accommodate
our
needs
when
ever
we
addressed
them
or
approached
them
with
the
requests,
the
hotel
facilities
and
and
overall
cleanness
were
not
at
all
up
to
expectations.
Here
are
some
of
our
notes
and
complaints:
1-
curtains
are
stained,
in
multiple
places.
The
curtains
are
the
first
thing
a
room
resident
sees
and
it
does
not
leave
a
good
first
impression.
2-
no
fridge
in
the
room.
As
I
am
allergic
and
had
medication
with
me
that
needed
to
be
left
in
a
fridge,
it
was
a
complete
surprise
that
a
4
star
hotel
double-bed
bedroom
doesn't
have
a
fridge
in
the
room.
3-
toilet
paper
rack
and
towel
racks
are
full
of
white
dust.
From
the
minute
we
walked
into
the
room
it
was
clear
that
it
hasn't
been
dusted
for
a
while,
in
two
days
time
we
asked
for
room
service
but
they
left
without
dusting
the
room.
They
only
redid
the
bed.
4-
bed
and
TV
boxes
are
filled
with
dust
and
clearly
not
cleaned
regularly,
not
only
bathroom
racks.
5-
chandelier
has
never
been
cleaned
before.
It's
color
is
Very
yellowish.
6-
there
are
clear
big
cracks
in
the
walls
all
around
the
room.
7-
left
side
bed
reading
lamp
doesn't
work
and
right
side
bed
reading
lamp
makes
an
annoying
sound
when
turned
on.
8-
bedding
is
yellowish
and
not
clean!
9-
room
cleaning
staff
tidied
the
room
and
didn't
leave
any
toilet
paper-
when
there
was
none!
10-
room
cleaning
staff
is
very
loud
during
the
day.
Scream
at
each
other
in
the
hallway
and
slam
doors
making
it
very
hard
to
nap.
The
noises
were
not
of
people
fighting,
more
of
a
group
of
friends
chatting
across
hallways
and
laughing.
This
was
especially
annoying
since
the
"please
don't
distribute
sign"
was
hung
on
our
door.
11-
food
served
during
breakfast
buffet
is
expired.
The
eggs
two
consecutive
mornings
smelled
bad
and
were
too
old
to
be
served,
but
the
staff
didn't
seem
to
care
when
told.
The
eggs
with
the
mayonnaise
and
mini
shrimps
caused
me
food
poisoning.
While
the
next
morning
my
husband
cracked
open
a
boiled
egg
that
smelled
rotten
and
gave
it
back
to
the
kitchen
staff,
who
didn't
even
bother
to
explain
or
apologize.
Again,
the
management
and
staff
were
the
friendliest
in
all
ways
possible
but
the
hotel
doesn't
measure
up
to
the
4
stars
it
claims!
I
am
attaching
pictures
of
our
room
curtains,
bed
stand,
TV
box,
duvet,
and
Toilet
paper
rack
to
show
you
the
dirt
around
the
room.
