This is my favorite brunch local in Stockholm. Not only is the service incredible, the vibe international, and the cuisine pleasant to look it, they make a perfect poached egg, which is never easy to do. It is very easy to overcook them. Their perfectly poached eggs along with all of the other ingredients makes one of the best eggs Benedict (or other poached egg based dishes) I have ever had (one would have to travel to Munich or Vienna to find a worthy rival, in my opinion). I had the eggs Benedict with salmon, however try the blueberry pancakes too, they are heavenly. It's the delicious dishes combined with the atmosphere and the service that earns it five stars. If you get a chance, check it out for brunch, get a poached egg, and have some lovely small talk with the staff, you won't regret it.

Delicious food, nice service, fast and friendly. French toast highly recommended. Coffee was nice too. Portions are relatively large.

I recently dined at this delightful brunch restaurant, and it was an absolute treat! The cozy atmosphere and friendly staff immediately put me at ease. The trendy decor added a unique touch to the experience. Their pancakes were out of this world – fluffy, flavorful, and simply delicious. What I truly appreciated was their commitment to offering healthy alternatives, making it a perfect spot for those with various dietary preferences. This place has quickly become my go-to for an all-day brunch experience that never disappoints!

I love the randomness of the British, which was truly captured here from the beautiful wallpaper paper that at first glance looks standard fare until you look closely as see it depicts scenes of urban "chav" life. The choice of funky music and the menu. I had the full English and it was very good considering how far away from blighty Stockholm is. The eggs where perfection. The owner?/waitress was cheery and full of beans.

Top quality food, waiters with a smile, a nice, cozy café I’m, without any kind of doubt, coming back to. Families, curious gastronoms, anyone would enjoy this.

Breakfast heaven! Though there is a small menu but food is amazing. Taste was satisfying. Juice was refreshingly good. It’s a small cozy place but is generally full with people. I just missed some chicken item in the menu.

Foods taste good. Pancake is soft and fluffy but egg taste is a bit outstanding. For the veggie guy who do not like egg taste but can eat egg, will not recommend this pancake. Avocado is very yummy and I like it the most. For lemonade, it is recommended for hot day! It is not very sweet.

Sweden 🇸🇪 Stockholm - Cafés Earlier this month, we were swept away by the enchanting allure of Greasy Spoon - a place that is more than just a café. The impeccable service, the tantalizing lattes, and the delectable shared plates were more than enough to satisfy our gastronomic cravings. From the first sip, the lattes - a creamy blend concocted with OatMilk - were nothing short of ambrosial. They were so phenomenal, in fact, that we splurged, blew our daily latte budget and order a round to go. The shared plates were a symphony of flavors, with the blueberry pancakes stealing the show. Every bite was a harmonious blend of sweetness and comfort, reminding us of lazy Sunday mornings and breakfasts in bed. Stepping into Greasy Spoon, you are instantly transported to your favorite nostalgic college town café in the heart of the US, albeit with a slightly steeper price tag. But don't let that deter you. The ambiance is a warm embrace of familiarity, a comforting nudge towards the good old days. The vibe is infectious, the charm irresistible. Having had such a memorable experience, we can hardly wait for our next visit. Our hearts are set on exploring the plethora of other options that caught our eye on the menu.

I wanted to place higher stars because the staff was so welcoming and accommodating. To clarify, the staff are great but there is something wrong with the food. TL;DR: the place itself is overhyped, the food is just ok, the staff very friendly. When we came for late brunch/ early lunch, the place wasn’t half full yet. Once a few tables around us started leaving, we noticed there were so many unfinished servings, both dishes and drinks. This made us worry abit. Unfortunately, our worries turned to fruition when our drinks and food came. The ginger beer was a ginger soda - to their defense, the ginger was great, it just was a soda :) I’m sharing some photos as well. One is of the food left by other patrons.

Classic Bene is my favorite in this place. Perfectly poached eggs with very nice hollandaise sauce. Pancakes are not very consistent. Sometimes they are freaking delicious but sometimes not cooked right. Great place overall. Pro tip: use their online waiting list to avoid waiting in the line.

Hands down the best English breakfast I’ve had in my life. Came here by accident and I’m so happy about that. The barista with black hair in a ponytail was the nicest person ever! Absolutely recommend going here.

Excellent brunch - breakfast! Highly recommend it. Super delicious and tasty food, and great service. The juices and coffee are excellent! And the atmosphere is perfect. I loved it and will definitely be back. It's totally worth the wait.

We stopped here on our last morning in Stockholm and my only complaint is I wish we had found it sooner! The restaurant was cozy and the staff were lovely and attentive. The restaurant used a queueing system as even though it was later in the day it was still quite full, but this system was efficient and had a timer that would show you how many minutes you had left to expect to wait. The food was absolutely fantastic. My partner tried the vegetarian breakfast and I had the blueberry pancakes, both were phenomenal. Very generous portions, excellent presentation, and very well prepared.

The best pancakes EVER! It's a very nice place for brunch, the eggs Benedict were delicious. I'm definitely coming back again 🤩

The food was good, but the service was really disappointing. I hadn't even finished my dessert when the waiter asked us to leave (we were sitting with friends for 1.5 h), despite there being available tables. It's unbelievable. I'm assuming it's in Stockholm, since we don't usually have 15-degree weather, and waiting outside for 40-45 minutes isn't ideal. It might be a good idea to introduce a reservation system where people can book specific time slots to ensure they have a table when they arrive.

Awesome place for brunch. Book a table in advance, so many vegetarian and veggie options. Delicious and super friendly

Sehr cool aufgemachter Laden. Jedoch sollte man Wartezeit mitbringen.

Impressive pancakes - fruity taste and not too sweet. Coffee was good. Matcha latte was not good / disappointing - very plain & tasted like seaweed, needed to add lots of sugar to make it drinkable

Atmosphere was generally cozy but light was a little dim even it was morning and it could be a little hard to see what you eat sometimes. Food was really delicious. Personnels were really helpful, caring and genial.

Cozy place. Digital queueing system (QR code at the entrance) which is appreciated. We waited for about 15 minutes. One of the "mains" or two "small" are enough for 1 person. The food is not extra ordinary. The iced coffee was great though (made with their own coffee blend, specialty coffee).

We came there to try a new brunch place we hadn’t tried and we got in a queue that they said would take 45 to 50 minutes but actually took half an hour. I got a message and we’re seated as fast as I got in. The food was tasty and we were full. Thank you greasy spoon for a good brunch!

An excellent place to start the day. Nice and friendly atmosphere and generous portions. The brunch menu selection is good although it is more limited than in the US where there usually are many more alternatives to choose from. Very nice pancakes.

There are so many places labelled Greasy Spoon around the world. It's a concept, a greasy spoon is a restaurant of its own type. There are key components: the food must be cheapish. The portions must be huge. The coffee must be black and so very easily available. The breakfast should be English or an approximation of it. And it should not have any pretentious trappings at all. It can be nice, cost, pleasant, etc, but not "over designed". Sadly, so many of the Greasy Spoons suck. Just... Terrible. This however is not one of them. This is food at a reasonable (by Swedish standards) cost. The portions are bloody huge. And tasty. The coffee is black and refills are considered mandatory. The menu has eggs Benedict to English Breakfast and huge fluffy yank pancakes. And the staff are lovely, and the decor and vibe perfect. 6am. Opening let's you know it's the real deal. Also the bloody Mary is on point. Fully recommended, why breakfast anywhere else in Stockholm?

Good spot for all day brunch even during the week. Sat inside and they have lots of space in the back. Got a flat white, pancakes and an Avo benny. Coffee was good, and came out fast, but pancakes and Avo were both fairly salty at least to our tastes. Otherwise super solid breakfast spot that I would recommend!

Nice place for breakfast. The service was nice, it was quick, prices were reasonable and food was tasty (although I can imagine it tasting a bit better, the pancakes were a bit dry). Overall - good value for money.

Amazing cosy place. Very friendly staff! Gender-neutral bathroom! The avocado bene toast was probably the best lunch I've ever eaten... Free coffee refills as well! I stayed for hours to read my book and enjoy the vibe. Highly recommend visiting this place for a brunch.
