Cramped
and
crowded.
The
narrowness
of
the
space
makes
the
space
a
bit
like
a
kiosk,
and
moving
to
the
tables
with
the
received
food
can
require
concentration
during
busy
times.
The
taste
of
the
food
is
ok,
praise
is
given
for
the
heat
of
the
food
(it
has
never
been
waiting
on
the
shelf).
The
biggest
minus
comes
from
the
service.
We
ordered
the
food
from
the
touch
screen
and
it
was
served
to
the
tables.
When
the
order
came,
the
tray
was
missing
one
drink,
an
apple
pie,
a
bag
of
french
fries
and
all
the
whistles.
I
understand
that
nowadays
straws
are
offered
if
you
want,
but
you
can't
drink
a
milkshake
without
a
straw.
So
the
order
was
confusingly
incomplete,
even
though
there
is
a
check-list
of
the
order
when
the
order
is
delivered.
Also,
the
expression
of
the
employee
who
brought
it
to
the
tables
was
like
a
bill
from
Kummel's
ton.
For
years,
I
have
not
encountered
such
bad
customer
service
as
today
in
Karlaplan's
mökkäri.
