Incompetent staff. Tried to order sub of the day as a salad and halfway through, they decided that they weren't doing that. Instead we started over with a normal sub which was on offer. Unfortunately they didn't know about their own offer and got really upset when I mentioned that the sub cost 30kr too much and blamed me for not informing them that They had an offer on. Rude, even for Sweden

It's sandwiches, and i love sandwiches. But the system they have and the attitude the staff had didn't make the visit better. They have menues, but this only tells what's the base, you have to tweak everything by your choices, what bread, what cheese, salami, sallad, olives, dressing and so on. The choices are many and the queue behind you can get you to feel the pressure. So you're gonna get a random sandwich unless you know exactly what you want. If you have a menu, it should be predefined choices of already tested sandwiches, not just an initial state of it. Also the drinking machine delivered bad quality drinks (watery), but that was hopefully just a flaw as i told them, they lookes into it and gave us bottles instead.

The Food is good, but the person is not professional. We Could not feel that he respect us as customers from the first enter!!! he keep laughing with his friend while we were ordering with him!! Very bad experience 😤😤

Unpleasant staff, terrible service. Went there on a Friday night. A friend and I were on the queue and they took my order and then suddenly they decided not to take my friend's order (telling we just closed). In modern world, u first shut the door and provide service for the people who are already in the queue. The fact that we were together made it even worse!

Tasty Sandwich, they have veg options which taste like Chicken. No halal chicken.

Worst subway I have ever visited. Rude staff with probably anger issues and unpleasant service.

I get that subway makes it hard for franchises to exist but they need to be more clear they do not participate in rewards. They skimp on veggies and don’t provide tap water. I will be sticking to better run franchises.

Thursday, Apr 20th 2023, bad service from the man working there at lunch time. Maybe he was trying to be rude to get less customers and thus less work? Food was good, basic Subway...

The sandwich almost had no meat. But everything else was extra even though I ordered meat sandwich. I will not go back here. Very rude girl. I rather go to McDonald’s. They are the best 😊👍

The staff who opened the kitchen this morning was amazingly friendly and helpful. Thank you for your help (directions to Stortorget). Wish more people would be this friendly :) Greets to Usman. And food at subway is always good, especially the oregano cheese bread with anything and the macadamia choc cookie 🥰

Its a nice place and make generous amount of stuffing. Not so many other Subways that make delicious subs as these guys. Also the place is kept clean (at least the times we have been here). The location as well is great. What more one could possibly ask. Recommend this place highly

The service was terrible! The staff is not attentive and had a lot of attitude. Not impressed.

Terrible service. Had to pay for two halves because the employee mistook my order. He refused to give me the 30cm price. I really advise Subway to be more aware of the attitude of their employees.
