Very delicious Fruit Flies all over the place!!! It is freaking dirty. If you're making a place with low quality coffee with high price, at least take care of the cleanness of the place. It's horrifying.

The shop looked like needed a good clean, the girl looked like she was having a bad day and she was sharing that look with everyone unfortunately. Coffee was ok, food was great

Sweden's flagship coffee shop chain. Better coffee and snacks than any other similar coffee franchises. The prices are great and the coffee is amazing over there. They have several outlets across the city. You won't have trouble visiting one. I recommend their mocks frappe and ice cappuccino. The only complaint is they don't have almond milk, which is what I prefer. They only have soy and oat milk for vegan options. Otherwise, the coffeeshop is great. Also, try their bagels, they are tasty for a quick snack

Very good coffee and tasty kanelbulle! but this place was crowded when i went there so it was not very clean and they were overwhelmed with clients. I would recommend but not during rush hours :)

Nice place to get an quick coffee or snack. It's usually crowded due to its location but the staff is pretty quick. The only thing that I don't like is that the tables are usually dirty and also the bathroom

The worst EH I've been in. Huge and crowded place with one toilet which was out of service. Ordered an iced Americano, got cold brew. Complaining about the wrong coffee wouldn't have saved this otherwise terrible experience.

Expensive, messy. The cofee wasn’t of a good quality, the restroom was dirty. Toilet paper in the middle of the shop. Cup half empty. :(( won’t come back

Toilet paper lying around in the middle of the cafe, our order took long enough and offer it was done they didn't even call for us, just expected us to know and the toilets were dirty. For the price, not a good experience. This quality of drink and service is easily surpassed by McDonald's

Very convenient location with tables both on the inside and the outside. Good prices and good selection of food. It is always busy there and this makes the toilets dirty, so this is a drawback. The staff is polite! You should try the Apple Pie with vanilla sauce!

Terribly chaotic service, as I’ve never witnessed before. Ordered a tea and a slice of cake. First of all, they didn’t have any clean dishes, cups or cutlery (apparently the washing machine was broken). Then they forgot that I had ordered the tea, had to ask them twice. And I also had to ask two or three times for a fork or a spoon to be able to eat. Giving it 2 stars as the cake was pretty good.

The hot chocolate, the cold brew and the cinnamon roll are great. The chocolate ball is harder than expected. The chocolate cake is good, but I prefer the cinnamon roll. In general it is a little bit more expensive, but for Swedish standards quite normal.

A nice place to drink coffee with some beneficial offers if you install their app. Usually it's crowded which means that people enjoy being here!

Super leckeres veganes Gebäck, ruhige Atmosphäre und sehr sauber und hygienisch. Wir saßen dort 2h und die Toiletten wurden 2-3 Mal überprüft und gesäubert. Das benutzte Geschirr wurde zügig abgeräumt und die Bedienung war außerordentlich freundlich. Wir können nichts schlechtes bereichten. Auch der Tee wurde in überdimensionalen Tassen serviert. Alles Tip top

An overall nice place to sit down or grab a coffee to go. It’s mostly quiet and suitable to work from. Has a warm and cozy atmosphere with warm shady lights. There are snacks and sandwiches to grab as well.

Nice ambiance and cozy environment, near Hötorget T-bana about 50mtr Reasonable price and lot of choice in snacks. Opens late so feel free to go late night coffee.

As a caramel lover i really enjoyed the sticky caramel dream. It was very nice

I saw these all over Stockholm so decided to give the cinnamon bun a go on my last day. I was pleasantly surprised and they even warmed it up! The place was super busy but the staff were patient and friendly.

In my opinion, this is the worst Espresso House in town. Every time I’ve come here, the service was extremely slow, no matter the occupancy and when there was something broken (such as cold drinks not being able to be served), you’d *only* find that out after waiting a *long* time in the queue. There’s another Espresso House maybe 100 - 150 meters down Drottninggatan, I’d recommend going for that one.

Couldn't actually fault it here. It's in a busy location opposite Sergels Torg but the service was quick and the staff were friendly. They've got a nice little selection of food as well as coffee. I know that you can also pre order drinks using the Espresso House app, although I didn't try this myself

I have been given dirty cup with someone’s lipstick on. When I took it bad they asked me what I had to which o said oat milk latte… they remade my coffee but gave me Diary milk !!! Walked out and went to a cafe next door !!!

I have never had a good time at this espresso house * Overcrowded * Unclean * Staff are taking orders at snail's pace. You have to wait in line for ages! * Staff use your hard-earned coupons without asking, for standard brewed coffee, even though you have a coffee subscription Avoid! There are many better espresso houses nearby.

The staff is really unfriendly and unprofessional. Minding their own business more than serving the customers. We had to wait for more than 20 min for two hot chocolates and gave us the wrong drink. Didn't receive any receipt, so we couldn't say anything. Never again!

Extremely unprofessional, slow and unpreasent staff , no soap in toilet, changed my mind and took take away it is cold af in Sweden bit still better than inside....
