On the good part it has a good location, large space, so you would usually find a place to set alone or with friends. Comfy couches and setting upstairs and downstairs, friendly stuff. On the bad part, as most of the espresso house cafés they don't take good care of hygiene and toilets are dirty. Sometimes you find no hand wash and toilets are messy, especially later in the day. - Wifi has a weak signal especially downstairs where you also get bad phone network so accessing Internet could be an issue for many. Ventilation downstairs could be better as well.

Has enough space and downstairs it's even a bit cozy. In summer it's better to stay downstairs: there are no windows and bricks keep it fresher. Upstairs feels messy. Large table not isolated from toilet entrance is a flaw. Coffee.. well.. you can't expect Italian espresso quality in a chain. Most of the times barista makes a lava and it takes few minutes before coffee is drinkable - this is a general feedback to most of coffee chains in Stockholm 🙈 Possiblity to stay with laptop and work/study/etc. is invaluable - breaks boring work from home days.

Espresso house Odenplan is One of my favorite cafes in that area as I'm there almost weekly. The staff are nice and helpful. The place has 2 floors and usually full on sundays but you might be lucky to find a place :) Coffee and other desserts are affordable and taste good. I recommend the place

The attention kinda sucks also there were mosquitos all over the place!

Very nice place.. cool ambience.. friendly staff, coffee was great…free Wi-Fi had some issues and it was very crowded during the evening… restroom is available… very close to odenplan metro.. I recommend.. have a good coffee time with your family and friends.. cheers 🥂

The Mud cake was delicious. But for the Cappuccino they didn't ask me to choose the size so they have automatically done an upgrade for the Large one which is not nice because it was too big for me to drink it. I liked the decoration downstairs it is very cozy but they should pay attention to the lights because i have seen many people including me bumping their heads

The barista exercises an art of being rude to customers. It is strange that they (almost always) hire young clueless females who clearly don't know the basics of running a business and dealing with clients. A chai latte costs almost 60 kr, which is mind you a mug of hot water, some tea, a dush of spices, and two spoons of milk. It was hard to find a clean spot (as most tables were not cleaned). The state of the bathroom was catastrophic: no water, no toilet paper, dirty wet floor covered with used toilet paper. In the meanwhile, the staff were carrying on their chitchatting behind the counter as if all is fine. But I don't think they care, because they know people will come, partly thanks to the location. They are not working on attracting loyal customers, as much as drop-in like people with low expectation who still write great reviews. Last Friday evening was my last visit to an Espresso House ever.

The floor is always sticky and there is always a bad smell as soon as you enter. Perhaps they could work on the ventilation and cleaning.

I asked only for a caramel cheesecake and a double espresso. The lady gave out the cake with cream pretty fast, but the guy who was making the coffes simply ignored my order, even tho it was on his order list on the monitor. I'm a really patient guy and I know the feeling working in a place like this.. But after 16 minutes of waiting in front of them, they kept serving people who ordered after me. The delicious cake is the only thing that made me give it 3 stars. Atmosphere 4stars Food 5 stars Service 2 stars The lady was really nice, but her companion could do better. Maybe just an unlucky coincidence 🙂

A go to cafe when it is after 18:00. They have long opening hours, pretty good selection of snacks and beverages and the staff is friendly. The location is super convenient and there is enough room inside. They only thing that I don't like is the toilets that are usually dirty, but at the same time I see why since it is so popular and people are not careful.

Cosy coffee shop with a wide range of coffees, teas and beverages to choose from. The snacks and pastries are amazing but I absolutely love how cozy the chairs in this espresso house are. There's one toilet accessed with security code but the staff are nice and may let you in if the shop isn't busy.

Staff are nice and helpful drinks and food are standard for this company but on 2023 not able to have a Wi-Fi that’s working it’s not acceptable.

Typical issue: coffee house is big but the toilet cabin is only one (try to sit there longer than a minute!) and it's a mess.

I like it here, my favourite EH so far. They have a cosy lower level with sofas and nice interior. Also the staff is really nice!

Frapino sizes vary from takeout to eat in. The glass for eat in must be 200ml more than the take out plastic. This particular store wasn't very well run.
