We had a difficult experience with Nya Pizza Express partly down to our own demands but also partly down to the service of the company. On our order we had explicitly stated amendments to the pizzas to account for allergies, as well as reiterated them in the comments section of the order. The pizzas arrived relatively quickly and were delivered by a polite man. However, upon opening the pizzas, it became evident that the amendments to the pizzas had not been followed rendering them inedible for ourselves. Initially I called the driver, who spoke limited English but understood the error with the order. My girlfriend also tried to reiterate the issue in Swedish, but the driver did not speak any Swedish. When I called the restaurant and asked if they spoke English, I was told 'no'; I understand that people cannot be expected to speak English in Sweden however there are much more polite ways to respond than this. Eventually I was passed through to an English speaker, who then began to raise his voice and blame me for ordering wrongly (he stated that I had not changed the order, which the website and order confirmation clearly showed that I had).
