It looks like a nice place but don't be fooled!! They do not let the costumer access the toilet!! There is only one toilet JUST for staff!!! What kind if a food and drink spot does not have a toilet!!! So a NO GO for me!!

Ein Saftladen im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes. :-) OK, es ist eine Kette, aber die Säfte sind frisch und die Zusammenstellungen lecker. Wirklich toller Geschmack. Ärgerlich, dass auch bei Verzehr im Laden kein Glas, sondern ein Plastikbecher samt Deckel gereicht wird. Das ist unnötiger Müll. Ansonsten coole und geschmackvolle Sache!

The toilets was out of order, with no indication as to where we can find alternative restrooms. We waited 20 minutes for our coffee while one of the servers filled up straws. Coffee tasted good and its a nice spot with nice decorations. Just the customer service was kind of non existing. Sad.

I went in the late afternoon and was the only customer, but I got the impression that I was bothering the staff by being there. The sandwich was okay, but I ate the same one in other branches and there was a noticeable difference. The tables were also dirty so it wasn't the most pleasant experience.

Hi, thanks for your interest. First of all, washing the fruits very carelessly was a big problem in my opinion. I was sitting on the top floor for that reason I could see the kitchen easily. The coffee was unfortunately far below “stockholm joe and juice” standards. I went to almost all. The milk was like burnt and the coffee was unfortunately tasteless. Maybe it was rushed because it was too crowded.

Really nice and tasty location to have a snack for the small in-between hunger. The drinks are also quite delicious and healthy.

Ah! Needed my almond milk latte fix and here we are. No one in here on a Monday morning, but plenty of people picking up takeaway. Seems to be a super popular shop. Latte was spot on and everyone was friendly. Hip spot to relax as well.

Cute and stylish place but really disapointing not having a bathroom(only for staff). In fact, a lot of cafés in stockholm don't have a bathroom so our stay this past week was all about finding places where to pee! I see a lot of other reviews about not having a bathroom and things stay the same..

Chose this place just to try something new. Very cute, cosy place. We ordered a Re-build and Iron Man. Very delicious. Saw people work here, just meet, hang. Not sure I'd choose it to work for myself, I tend to need more secluded places but my rating doesn't change. Came for a nice chat with a friend after work and a tasty treat and that's exactly what we got, would reccomend. I also remember trying this chain in Arlanda on the terminal this summer and the staff was really nice, gave me some ice for a sore too.

What a beautiful Spiced Tuna sandwich! Probably the best sandwich I have ever eaten.

There is no restrooms, the tenders were not too friendly and there is not much space inside. Just a place grab a “normal” Starbucks coffee and that’s it. The pastries and desserts offer quite limited too. There are better places to go.

This chain offers subpar but expensive coffee. It’s not worth it. Also no bathroom in a place that serves food!

Good food, pricey though. Staff bit bored and doesn‘t look like they want to be there. Bit much plastic cups.

Good location but no bathroom. A coffee place without a bathroom? Almost worst than to run out of coffee. Staff is not so friendly here either. Do not expect any smile or kind words.

It was weak when I compared it to the other stores in the chain. Sandwich was ok. Juice was too watery, and tasteless. Latte with oat milk was the worst one I had at this brand.

On the first sight looks like nice place to rest but big disappointment to hear that there is no toilet😱 so drink juice and coffee and run to Espresso house nearby🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

I tried to actually complain directly on the website but I couldn't see anywhere to do this. Waited 25 minutes for two coffees this lunchtime. There was only one member of staff (though a second had started when we finally received our coffees). I complained to the member of staff that we had waited 25 minutes, and he simple shrugged his shoulders and said, 'We're full and I've just started.' There's a certain level of entitlement and lack of customer service that is unacceptable with the staff here. I dont understand why they have so few staff on a busy Sunday lunchtime in a busy part of central Stockholm. Really unacceptable. Won't be returning.
