NOT
ORDER
FROM
HERE!
We
ordered
food
from
this
place
on
Sunday
(29/11/23)
at
dawn
(around
2AM)
via
UberEats.
On
their
app
the
restaurant
seemed
like
a
somwehat
okay
place
and
after
all
they
are
licensed
partners
of
UE.
So
we
ordered
the
food
(518SEK
in
total)
and
waited..
and
waited..
but
the
food
have
never
arrived.
That's
where
we
started
to
make
calls,
but
they
were
unavailable.
For
the
fifth
call
they
have
finally
picked
up
the
phone
and
said
that
because
of
a
missing
ingredient
on
a
pizza
they
cannot
delivery
the
WHOLE
ORDER.
The
guy
on
the
phone
promised
me
that
they
will
cancel
the
UE
order
and
I
will
get
a
refund.
This
is
where
I
made
a
mistake:
trusting
them.
In
previous
comments
people
wrote
that
they
are
liars
which
is
TRUE.
Do
not
trust
them!
Since
UE
Customer
Service
wasn't
available
at
dawn
just
from
8AM
we
went
to
bed
so
I
wasn't
able
to
text
to
them.
When
we
woke
up
I
saw
a
push
notification
on
my
phone
from
the
UE
app
that
my
delivery
was
completed
at
4:25AM
WHICH
IS
NOT
TRUE.
I
have
instantly
texted
UE
customer
service
(and
here
comes
the
'bad'
part
on
UberEats),
but
they
simply
replied
with
a
sentence
that
I'm
not
eligible
for
a
refund
(for
a
service
they
promised
to
fulfill
with
their
partner,
but
they
were
not
able
to
-
ABSOLUTE
NONSENSE).
So
I
kept
texting
them
to
give
me
a
detailed
explanation
why
am
I
not
eligible
for
a
refund.They
did
these
two
sentence
answers
for
a
while
when
I
got
angry
and
demanded
a
proper
answer.
The
'proper
answer'
in
their
definition
is
a
'we're
are
terribly
sorry,
but
hope
you're
understand'
tirade
of
nothing.
And
they
ofc
closed
the
case.
My
answer
was
that
I
will
turn
to
the
Swedish
Customer
Protection
and
demand
an
investigation
from
them.
Not
to
talk
about
that
the
Customer
Service
of
UE
is
probably
an
Indian
SSC
where
employees
are
translating
complaints
to
their
language
and
then
send
an
automated
message.
Once
again:
DO
NOT
ORDER
FROM
DONNA
BELLA!!
