    Ordered through foodora ans delivered by the restaurant. Took an hour and 15 minuted to be delivered. Driver wouldn't bring the food upstairs, and left it outside on the ground. Food was completely cold and so i didn't eat it. Will not order again. Do not recommend.

    Poor service and bad-mannered staff. My order was wrong and I returned to the restaurant to collect the right pizza. I waited for them to prepare the correct order. Once ready, a particular member of staff demanded aggressively that I pay again for the right one, or bring back the wrong pizza. I left the pizzeria empty handed as they became rude and argumentative. A more pleasant staff member ran outside and gave me the pizza anyway. This evening, the Same thing happened again... I took the pizza back this time. But when a member of staff calls you a liar and and shouts demeaningly at the lone female customer, it's time to write a review.

    If you have night cravings for a pizza, go check your fridge again and make that old sandwich instead, because this pizzeria doesn’t have a clock and probably not even a pizza oven. Delivery was supposed to be 60 minutes, and it has taken 2 hours so far. Still no pizza, impossible to reach restaurant. Avoid. 1 star is a luxury for this one.

    I wouldnt give them even a single star, ordered online and they took more than 1hr 30 mins to deliver. They have their own delivery, they kept responding that it will reach in 30 mins every time we called them.

    Pizza arrived 12 minutes late, and that is after 1,5 hours of waiting and the pizza was cold and half baked. When I tried calling them about it, no one answered nor called back. Not a good experience.

    I ordered through Uber Eats. Uber offered no help when the order didn't arrive so I had to contact the pizzeria myself. After waiting for 1 hour without any food, I called the Pizzeria and when asking where my food is, they answered "maximum 20 minutes". I said "no, I waited for an hour now, are you sure my order came through?". Answer was yet again "20 minutes max". I hang up and gave up. About 20 mins later I call again for a last hope. The result: They just hang the phone up. I pre-paid 220 kr for nothing.

    Ordered a takeaway through foodora. Food was cold. Fries tasted like the potatoes were bad. They forgot my ice cream (most expensive part of the order) told the driver he said he will call and he drove off. I call the restaurant they say they don't speak English and hang up the phone. I get my swedish friend to call and they say they will deliver. They have not delivered and now it's 2am. This is theft

    This pizzeria may be fine to eat at, but I would strongly advise you to not order from them. I have ordered from them multiple times and the food has consistently arrived late (~1,5 h compared to the 40 minutes advertised) which has resulted in cold and soggy food. They also do not inform you of their tardiness prior or compensate you in any way. Notably, the last time I ordered the cold drink was stored in direct contact with the hot side dish, which was detrimental for both of them.

    It fed us at 01:30 in the night when nothing else did. It did arive lukewarm (not cold). Please cut the pizza in the future, we had to cut it using a spoon in our hotel room. Also, use less oil. It was too greasy. You can make it taste good without so much oil. Our pizza was not as bad as some reviews say it is. It actually looked decent and the taste was acceptable.

    Ordered from this place via Uber Eats. I’ve been waiting for my order for more than 3 hours already and really don’t think that I’m going to receive it at all. Will obviously never order from this place again.

    First time and last time They are really bad restaurant and they never bring the order the same time they take one on to our more extra and we tried to call Not answer so if you close your restaurant too much better we are not to bring the money from the three OK have a bad weekend

    It took 100 min to get the food when we ordered pizza with Uberfood. We called them 6 times and they just said cancel your order or you are not happy!! That was the first and last time we orders food with them. The point is, we have not got our food at the end.

    So i ordered from this restaurant at 23:30, i got message that it will arrive between 00:20 and 00:40. And funny enough it arrived at 02:40 I called the restaurant at least 5 times no one answered, after i went to sleep i got a call and it says 2 minutes and i will be outside. Then i got only one pizza that i even didn’t order. Didn’t get 3 other orders. It was just gone. Delivery guy could not speak one word english. I was ok with the fact i got scammed and i went to sleep but that they show up 3 hours later missing 3 items from a simple delivery. Thats when i wanted to share this story with people considering ordering. Worst experience ever.

    Wish i looked at the reviews before ordering, as it seems like this place is just a huge scam. I ordered a pizza here which never arrived, I waited 2 hours and tried multiple times to call the store, to which I didn’t get an answer and my food still hasn’t arrived. Absolutely awful service, i can’t believe they’re still allowed to be on delivery platforms considering everyone in the reviews have had the same experience.

    WARNING! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! We ordered food from this place on Sunday (29/11/23) at dawn (around 2AM) via UberEats. On their app the restaurant seemed like a somwehat okay place and after all they are licensed partners of UE. So we ordered the food (518SEK in total) and waited.. and waited.. but the food have never arrived. That's where we started to make calls, but they were unavailable. For the fifth call they have finally picked up the phone and said that because of a missing ingredient on a pizza they cannot delivery the WHOLE ORDER. The guy on the phone promised me that they will cancel the UE order and I will get a refund. This is where I made a mistake: trusting them. In previous comments people wrote that they are liars which is TRUE. Do not trust them! Since UE Customer Service wasn't available at dawn just from 8AM we went to bed so I wasn't able to text to them. When we woke up I saw a push notification on my phone from the UE app that my delivery was completed at 4:25AM WHICH IS NOT TRUE. I have instantly texted UE customer service (and here comes the 'bad' part on UberEats), but they simply replied with a sentence that I'm not eligible for a refund (for a service they promised to fulfill with their partner, but they were not able to - ABSOLUTE NONSENSE). So I kept texting them to give me a detailed explanation why am I not eligible for a refund.They did these two sentence answers for a while when I got angry and demanded a proper answer. The 'proper answer' in their definition is a 'we're are terribly sorry, but hope you're understand' tirade of nothing. And they ofc closed the case. My answer was that I will turn to the Swedish Customer Protection and demand an investigation from them. Not to talk about that the Customer Service of UE is probably an Indian SSC where employees are translating complaints to their language and then send an automated message. Once again: DO NOT ORDER FROM DONNA BELLA!!

    Ordered 2 hours before it arrived. It arrived and half the bloody order was missing. And what did arrive was stone cold. Pizza wasn’t even that nice. Would never EVER order from this establishment again it’s a complete shambolic dunghole
