Worst customer service. The people on the reception don't have any manners and I cancelled the membership right away. I have sent a complaint to customer service they called back and when I told them everything the reaction was 'we don't care whether you stay with us or not'. One of the worst customer service I have been experienced

Very big, lots of equipment. They have a mirror room for dancing and group classes. A little hard to find first time though.

An extra star for the low price, this gym is, however, really crowded and with equipment that has seen better days it is not possible to give a great score. The space itself is nice and clean, that is the positive part. There is a sauna, but it is closed as the gym is not staffed during the whole day. Extra warning if you are claustrophobic, there are really small cublicles to pass upon entering if the reception is not staffed.

Hi Guys, I think you should know this if you plan to go to fitness24seven gym(Kista). There are THIEVES in the gym. Last weekend during easter holidays, i left my shoes and my boyfriend shoes in my locker and locked it. But, when i went and checked it after four days, i see that someone broke my locker and stole my pair of shoes. When i asked about this in the reception, the person told that they broke all the lockers and removed stuff from there and unfortunately, they were unable to find my shoes there. But the point you have note here is that not only thieves are present in the gym, but also the gym staff can break into your locker without even intimating you. And gym staff breaking in to your lockers will never be an information to you in the website or through them.

The gym has good equipment and clean premises. Some visitors however are rude, disrespectful and smell strange, not the most pleasant crowd to train with

It's a good gym for the price you pay. Usually lots of people at lunch and from 4pm. There are plenty of lockers and showers. Staffed from 11am on weekdays if you need to get in through the bigger entrance. You can buy snacks and PWO etc in a self-service kiosk.

Run of the mill cheap gym. At least its reasonably clean and accessible. Nobody reracks weights and every piece of equipment is used for curls. The equipment is functional but mostly old and run down.

If you are a woman and into lifting heavy this is NOT the gym for you, the girls area lack a lot of weights and people tend to not put things back, which is normal at these gyms but this one is on another level! If you are comfortable outside of the women's area this place is great though and the staff is amazing!

A nice and cheaper gym compare to any other,well wide space where you have summer activities like joga,indoor cycling etc

You can train any time.

Great group training sessions, good if you have odd workout timings.

Guys, before you start please note that you could only pickup your gym cart after 13:00 before your FIRST visit. There's not possible to drop-in and start training without a card as you will get refused. Nobody will tell you that you have to pickup your gym card after 13:00 and you couldn't stay in the gym before that when you placed the order or ask them by email from which I got "you can come at anytime!". Worst service ever! I cancelled the order and am trying to get the refund before getting more other bad services in that gym. Let's see what's happening. Don't recommend it. Waste of money even though it is the cheapest.
