This gym is located close to a big parking garage and there's also a smoothie bar at the entrance. It has an Immersive Trip studio for spinning and there's a big yoga studio as well. Equipment is good and it's clean and fresh. The only thing is that it has several floors so it's a bit hard to learn where everything is.

Offers virtual Les Mill's TRIP cycling lessons (reservation required), which was worth trying. The gym part is inconvenient for weight lifting, e.g. no racks available.

One of the worst Sats I have been at, old and small, with very few improvements during the years. Sauna is always off during July, it's ok vacation period but why in August it's still the same? we ask in the reception to turn the sauna on and they don't do it, it's a bad service! Give us a discount during the months you want to turn off the sauna! Also, maintenance is bad, for example, several showers can be broken for months until it’s fixed. This gym just gets customers because of the location and that's it.

I recently worked out at this club in Östermalm with my good friend Rod. First, we were greeted by Hugo, who was incredibly friendly with a great sense of humor that made it a pleasure to be working out there. The amount of space and the variety of equipment available make it easy to “get your swole on”, or take one of their many amazing classes to get inspired, and stronger. Tack så mycket Hugo, and the rest of the team for providing such an excellent experience.

Decent gym. Got complimentary access as a Story Hotel guest. Has everything from treadmills, free weights, calisthenics, to barbells and Olympic weights. Only downside is that some of the equipment feels a little rundown and old.

The cleanest SATS I’ve seen! Good job! Usually not crowded, great group trainings, and a very convenient location.

Overall good gym. Spacious with lots of equipment. Very clean. Equipment looks and feels well maintained. Not to crowded in the afternoon until about 5pm. I usually have my own padlock so not sure if you can rent one at the gym. Good lightning for the images and videos.

Nice to have sauna but.....way too many people during weekdays, sometimes I can't find a free locker....

Worst gym ever. You always have to wait for stuff and they have a treadmill class in prime time hour so if you use it you have to stop and and wait an hour until they are done. Ridiculous!

A major gym in a residential/business area that doesn’t open until 6am weekdays/10am on the weekends? Just one of many examples why SATs is the worst gym in Stockholm. Go to Nordic Wellness or Fitness 24/7.

Good gym but rude staff. Two girls working today (2/7) in reception who were so incredibly mean. Not service minded whatsoever. Do not recommend going to a group class here because they will give away your ticket even when you’re on time.

Nice gym and good equipment. The only downside is that it is quite busy.
