One of the better friskis gyms in the city. Spacious and bright locale. But gets crowded in the evenings and the changing room could be better.

Lots of machines, friendly staff, great changing rooms, everything you could ask for in a local gym

Very good place for training. Big space with plenty of functional stuff. The best time to go, if you don't like the crowds, is between 12:30 and 15:00.

I used to visit Hagastan Friskis before and it had bigger hall. The new one has a smaller hall but looks modern. They don't have place to fill drinking water though because when I asked this to the reception they suggested to fill water in toilet. This is a requirement for every gym I feel, to have a place to fill drinking water

Great long distance spinning

„New“ F&S Hagastaden gym (reopened yesterday). Good for early birds. Came 05:40 and was alone for some time. Just wondering if only 44 lockers in the men’s room are enough in rush hours. A bit too small stretching area, but of course you can use the hall if it’s free.

Nice gym, not very big but had got all the equipment one needs. Friendly staff and usually very calm there.

Like the running machine there

Sadly crowded, huge decrease in quality compared to their previous premises 😥
