I was taken there by an ambulance because I can’t walk due to a hernia in my back. I arrived and the doctor told me if I’m not peeing my pants is not urgent so I should go back home and take paracethamol. Great service!

Wasted both my Friday and Sunday to visit this. Friday, I went here since I’m feeling left ear pain and headache maybe due to my broken eardrum. Was advised to go back during weekend so there won’t be so much people and was told that “maybe” I can be easily checked by a doctor by then. Went back Sunday, paid 250kr, waited for 2.5 hours only to be advised by the doctor that I should visit my Vårdcentral and let them know that I have a condition with my ear. I was hoping that I’d be getting a referral to a specialist so I can finally get my both ears cleaned. But none. Paid 250kr, wasted 2 days, for nothing. So please, skip this and go to either Kry or Mindoktor. They might be more helpful.

It is better for the person to die at home and not come here. The wait lasts 24 hours

Really bad service. Poor management where they don't have answers but still they think they are right. They charged me full price for a literally 2 minutes conversation with the doctor over the phone. Even though I was there a few times for the same problem they continue charging me fees.

Last December I was covid positive after that my health was very bad condition and I was coughing a lot and cannot sleep well and also fever then I call 1171 they told me go there. when I go there the doctor talk to me very rudely and without any check up he told coughing is normal drinking hot water..is it a doctor should talk like that?how could they doing very important rule like doctor. they should be banned for this.

Always bad experience, After I explained my problem which I had very bad pain. She didn’t care and she didn't allow me to see the doctor not first time 2 times. She is working unethical and she discriminate people.

This is the most terrible and useless nara kurt ever existing on the planet. I had severe ear pain, dizziness, and inflammation and they didn't accept me there. I asked the nurse to let me visit a doctor to see my ear but they refused me! an otoscope is the most common tool in any clinic and they told me they don't have it!!!! HOW on Earth a clinic doesn't have an otoscope???
