Great cofee, atmosphere and cristmas cookies 😍 But little cold.

I love the ambience of this place, So amazingly designed and decorated. Very calm atmosphere and clean place to sit down and enjoy your coffee. I loved their chocolate muffin. I loved their lighting and wallpapers. Very helpful staff

Bad, expensive coffee and long waiting time. Nice interior, although it was a bit cold because they left the door open.

The staff was lovely and the it was such a tasty coffee. I would say it is a improved version of Starbucks. Also the place is so cosy ! Love the decorations!

Not a kind of Espresso House I have ever experienced!! They don't have working WiFi. They have WiFi signal. But it does not work. I asked the staff can I access internet, they denied... They say no wifi here.. I didn't feel welcoming at the cash counter. A girl took my order while holding a mopping stick on other hand. 😅 The coffee supplies were about to finish... 4-5packet of white sugar... Come on you feel.. poor.. some of the notices are hand written and kind of decade old... I don't know.. all these can not be a coincidence!! 😁 Conclusion: Wrost ever Espresso House in Stockholm. Good luck if you are visiting!! 👍🤦Owner, if you are reading... hope you will not ignore!! Tack !

Amazing place for coffee break. Enjoy the coffee with great ambient. The coffee price is normal. Staff is ver kind and also English spoken. Very recommended for coffee time with family or friends.

Great spot with lots of seats and possibility to charge phone. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I got a vegan blueberry pie and a Nisse-latte with cinnamon syrup and cardamom spice, they made the drink vegan too. The only minus is that they were out of soy cream and oatly vanilla sauce, but otherwise super tasty!

The Drinks are very good. The have coffee, chocolate, ice tee and some other stuff. The Service was good. The one woman was very friendly but the other just did her job. No happy face or so :(. The intereor was pretty nice. I like the old wood style it matches pretty good to the coffee theme. But there where some nuts on the ground, a bit dirty. Overall a good place to get a quick coffee.

My friend asked me to try Espresso house and tell them what I think about this cafe since I m in Stockholm. Due to lack of staff, you have to wait long enough to order and wrong order, however they have a professional barista here who makes delicious Machata a latte . I am happy with my coffee😍

Nice play to stay but the coffee is different in every shop. Sometimes it's reall good, sometimes you get brown water.

One of the best places to drink coffee and eat something light. Warm place and helpful staff. It is recommended to try the Caesar baguette and the ost focaccia

Sauber, lecker, normaler Betrieb zur Mittagszeit. Espresso gut & Teilchen auch sehr lecker & frisch. Personal, sehr nett. Hatte keine Wartezeit, vor dem Klo. Man ist halt nicht alleine in Stockholm unterwegs… natürlich nimmt die Möglichkeit gerne war, die Toilette zu nutzen… Mit oder ohne Stau 😉 „Fastlane“ habe ich noch in keinem Espresso-House gesehen 😉🙈

Amazing atmosphere in this coffee shop as always in Espresso House. I like how many plugs they have so its easy to work there. Also location is perfect. One star less because we had to clean up table before we could sit down. Staff should pay attention to it and clean up proactively. There were many tables dirty. Service was great though and latte tasted good.

Latte macchiato was good as always but the it was everywhere in the cafe very dirty!

A large and ancient coffee house, it does not know the difference between American filter coffee and Americano This is a disaster for this big name in Sweden I would like to review the talent recruitment policy Choose those with skill and knowledge I couldn't find a fork to eat the cheesecake 😏

Apparently not aware that lactose intolerance is a real thing… When I asked for a lactose-free hot chocolate I was told that they could not make it but that they could make a lactose-free mocaccino. When they fixed the drinks my husband, who had ordered a hot chocolate, saw that they were using the same milk jug for both drinks. He said that I was lactose intolerant and asked if the drink was indeed lactose-free, they answered that it was lactose-free. It was not. I’ve been sick for a few hours now. So thanks for that. Hopefully we will find some lactaid in a pharmacy.

Payment only by credit card. Tables are not cleaned regularly despite low traffic. The cafe needs cleaning, many places and elements are very dusty.

Espresso house is my best coffee shop ever! My favorite drinks are: cafe latte with oat milk, chai latte, frappé, and specifically in summer they serve mint lemonade which is so delicious 🤤

Modern interrior but still very cozy. I had a big hot good coffee , a tasty kind of sandwich and a yummy little piece of cake . Espresso House is a friendly pleasant and not expensive place to rest for a while in the middle of the day in the middle of the city .

The staff of espresso house was very friendly. Cinnamon bun was very tasty and they have decaf coffee!

I want to take cup but I couldn’t take and I have to use this paper cup because of they worked a lot today and they couldn’t clean cups.

I really want to experience Espresso House in which stuff knows how to use arabica beans and make espresso as it was supposed to be made. It is just sad when you name the whole brand after a product that is the only thing you can not do. Some serious education is needed for all of your stuff all over Sweden. And do clean the toilets, please.

Staff rude and unpolite. We went there for a fika, the staff said that they could not serve us because they were out clean dish and lacking staff, and then we should go to another store. 5 min later when we look again, they were serving everyone as normal.

I went there for a coffee to go. The service was ok, not particularly friendly, but I got what I was looking for in the end. The coffee was good, even though I've had better ones. Two things I can't understand though: 1) the logic behind which customer gets served first. I felt like the staff had trouble following the simple principle of "first come, first served". 2) Why Espesso House puts 3 stores on the same street. The stores weren't very crowded on a Saturday.

This is a really cool place to hang out with a nice interior and a good atmosphere in general. Since the location is really great, this place is well suited for a short break from shopping. The service was friendly and our order came also very fast, however, the drinks tasted worse in comparison to Starbucks in my opinion. There were also not as many vegan options than at Starbucks. What really bothered me was that the restaurant has only one toilet for men and women in such a central location. During the whole hour we spent here, there was permanently a long queue in front of the toilet.
