I give this place 1 star for the following reasons: 1. The Chinese lady in charge does not speak English 2. The general impression you get from the place, is not as clean and as tidy as it should be. I saw needle cases open and couldn't verify with her whether the needles are unused 3. The massage was not bad but she used two pieces of equipment that I hadn't seen before and I'm not sure whether she would apply sanitation before use. Also she used two towels that didn't seem very clean. My neck changed color after the massage and in the evening I realized I had dead blood veins all over my upper shoulder and neck due to her unconventional rubbing of that area with a firm metallic feeling equipment. My neck is still sore after 3 days.
