Very
upset!
1)
All
fitting
rooms
were
closed,
so
customers
are
forced
to
buy
everything
they
want
to
try
on
(incl.
all
sizes)
at
home
and
then
go
back
to
return
it.
CRAZY!
You
may
not
have
the
money
or
opportunity
to
do
it!
2)
Queue.
Because
of
all
the
practice,
a
checkout
line
formed
throughout
the
store.
I
have
a
hard
time
seeing
how
this
can
be
a
solution
to
the
Corona
problem?!
The
queue
was
tight
because
one
seller
is
inexperienced
and
there
were
several
conflicts
due
to
open
purchase.
I've
been
standing
for
20
minutes.
in
line
with
people
in
front
and
behind
me!
3)
Open
purchase.
There
are
big
signs
hanging
60
days
open
purchase
but
a
customer
in
front
of
me
was
denied
a
return
of
a
sale
item
(half
the
store
is
on
sale)
because
it
turned
out
that
it
is
only
2
weeks
open
purchase
at
Rea?!
And
you
can
only
see
that
on
a
receipt
(the
micro
text)
after
you
have
completed
a
purchase?!
Stop
deceiving
your
customers,
print
equally
large
signs
about
SALE
items!
4)
You
are
greeted
by
salespeople
with
sour
grimaces
at
the
checkout
who
try
to
prove
that
this
is
how
it
should
be!
One
has
closed
the
cash
register
despite
the
queue
and
when
customers
in
the
queue
got
upset,
she
replied
with
a
fake
smile
and
annoyed
tone
that
"I'm
done
for
the
day"
despite
the
queue
to
the
children's
department
"That's
the
way
it
is".
What
kind
of
answer
is
that?
It
should
NOT
be
like
that!
Two
salespeople
are
left
to
manage
the
entire
store
(one
is
a
new/inexperienced
one
who
has
been
standing
behind
the
cash
register
with
a
nonchalant
grimace
the
whole
time).
You
should
be
extra
happy
that
you
have
any
customers
at
all!
People
are
still
in
a
state
of
stress
after
the
Corona
spring
and
many,
despite
their
small
means,
try
to
enjoy
themselves
with
some
kind
of
shopping.
But
you
with
your
"innovatively
cunning"
rules
and
disinterested
staff
only
create
frustration
at
the
customer's
expense!
It's
pure
fraud!
Close
all
physical
stores
and
leave
online
only
if
you
can't
treat
customers
well!
