This
franchise
continues
to
break
its
own
previous
records
of
horrible
service.
Today
they
made
multiple
errors
in
the
take
away
order
that
I'd
placed.
Despite
asking
if
they
had
ensured
that
all
order
items
were
added
to
the
hamper,
I
discovered
some
items
missing
and
some
items
incorrectly
packed
(e.g.
vanilla
shake
instead
of
the
chocolate
shake
that
was
ordered).
The
most
frustrating
part
is
there
is
never
any
response
or
acknowledgement
of
the
poor
experiences
that
I
have
described
here
over
the
years.
I
previously
wrote:
As
usual
the
staff
is
misbehaving
with
customers
while
they
wait
in
long
queues.
The
place
doesn't
seem
to
have
been
cleaned
up
for
hours...
The
brand
is
bringing
the
crowd,
only
for
the
staff
and
the
pathetic
outlet
to
give
them
a
terrible
experience.
Nothing
on
this
outlet/franchise
speaks
"fast-food"
or
"standardized
quality"
