Worst staff ever witnessed in any Mcdonald around Stockholm! Some of the Staff is extremely rude and they misbehave every time i visited! I hope the administration will pay attention to the feedback and take some action atleast teach them some ethics!

Visited McDonald's today. There were few people. Many tables were dirty, dumpsters were clogged, there was a lot of garbage in the toilet and it was dirty, we waited for an order for a long time. When I read the reviews about this McDonald's I doubted everything could be so bad. The children's room is closed, the floor is dirty, and the cashiers really, as the reviews below wrote, stand and talk to each other. I give this McDonald's 2 stars for delicious and hot food, everything else wishes for the best. I hope the administration will pay attention to the feedback and take some action.

This franchise continues to break its own previous records of horrible service. Today they made multiple errors in the take away order that I'd placed. Despite asking if they had ensured that all order items were added to the hamper, I discovered some items missing and some items incorrectly packed (e.g. vanilla shake instead of the chocolate shake that was ordered). The most frustrating part is there is never any response or acknowledgement of the poor experiences that I have described here over the years. I previously wrote: As usual the staff is misbehaving with customers while they wait in long queues. The place doesn't seem to have been cleaned up for hours... The brand is bringing the crowd, only for the staff and the pathetic outlet to give them a terrible experience. Nothing on this outlet/franchise speaks "fast-food" or "standardized quality"

The floor was very sticky and the elevator lights didnt work, so it was dark as we went between floors. Tables were clean...suddenly they blasted music like it was a nigth club...

Not a fan of this place specifically, but when all options run out, this comes in as a saviour. So, it’s good that way.

The food was good, but the restaurant was really dirty.

Dont order foodora with them. They really dont take your order. I waited more then 5 hours and they just updated the delivery time with delays. I hope i get my money back but im not sure that Will happen so dont order here

It's a nice mcdonald's, but this branch doesn't have a machine to order from, you need to order from the cashier.

I have never seen such a slow staff, and I ask the manager what standards you work by, the answer was not clear to me, turned around and left, did not even solve my problem. The fries today were very salty.

It good for lazy people like me who is always tired to cook after work.

They should clean dining tables! Food had a fair quality. And if you’re going to seat out, watch out for birds! They use any opportunity to steal your food :D

Either super slow or super quick, no in between… food taste good though and the staff is nice especially the ones who brings u the food to the table

Vegan and vegetarian burger can be made better, given that McDonald's is global brand

Electronic boards for order are enough. Food quality is good. Taste is ok

Its always full woth people. They really need those self-ordering machines. all in all standard mc experience.

Best part is they are open till 12 am. Located in the central. Nice place!

They don't take the pandemic seriously, always way too many people. They never get the "new" burgers like other branches. Food always looks bad, even for mcdonalds

Decent place for a quick bite

Everytime we order to take away or home delivery, food missing ! Not so fun to take the car and go there to take your menu after you already paid the home delivery . And that happened many times..

Food was not fresh and good, even i have asked to change once chili cheese but again got bad. Milkshake was like drinking simple milk mixed with chocolate powder. Unprofessional lazy staff!😠👎🏼
