I
have
a
"mixed"
experience
and
perception
of
the
Serafen
GP
practice,
where
I
have
been
a
patient
since
the
mid-1980s.
The
staff
have,
with
a
few
exceptions,
been
absolutely
OK
-
very
professional
and
had/have
given
me
a
very
friendly
treatment.
The
big
problem
is
-
NUMBERS
-
getting
in
touch
with
Serafen
by
phone.
The
problem
is
not
due
to
Corona
-
!
!
!
-
but
that
the
system
has
changed.
I
am
83
years
old
and
have
some
hearing
loss
and
motor
problems.
It
is
very
difficult
to
understand
what
the
recorded
voice
says
when
you
call
between
8.30
and
9.15.
I
have
managed
to
get
hold
of
the
"direct
phone
numbers"
of
some
GPs
and
of
"elderly".
When
I
call,
the
recorded
voice
tells
me
that
the
doctor
cannot
be
reached
"right
now"
and
that
I
must
call
back
later
or
be
connected
to
another
doctor.
But
I
need
to
speak
to
a
certain
GP
-
Nabseth
-
who
treated
me
before
and
asked
me
to
come
back.
"Come
back
later"
?
Why
is
it
not
possible
-
as
before
-
to
be
placed
in
a
TELEPHONE
QUEUE
and
wait
for
the
doctor
to
be
free
and
can
receive
my
call?
?
?
The
new
system
is
a
complete
waste
for
us
old
and
disabled
people,
especially
if
we
have
no
relatives
who
can
help
us.
