Not a very good experience, we came to visit off a cruise ship (Stockholm), the ticket mentions that the bus will depart ~one hour after the docking of the boat... They actually departed more than 2 hours after. The bus we were on also did not have any air circulation on the top level and was completely unbearable, the guide was kind enough to "hold" the top down and close it to get some air. The buses were also not very frequent in the city."Red Bus" the competitor had more buses circulating and left the cruise terminal much earlier. Also terrible experience in Helsinki. Would never recommend or use this company again.

Worst bus tour I have done in any country or city. Attendees were very ride when I asked for assistance. Bought a 72 hour ticket and didn't manage to find a bus until the second day. Routes changed due to road works and I was left waiting at my nearest pick up point. I would recommend going with the other company "Red busses" as they were more frequent.

I bought 4 hop on hop off boat tickets online and I got 20% discount, one star for that. When we tried to used it, we found out we bought a green royal not red one (which when it's your first time you don't even know the difference between the companies, you're only familiar with hop on hop off) The brochure said they stop every 20min till 7 pm. Except instead they stopped every 1 hr till 4:20pm in our stop. We parked our car at parking 2-7 and pay $17.20. Boat got there at 3pm, we got in and we saw their map said 4:20 was the last stop and got off at 3:20. We were really upset that we paid $80 and only used it one time. So rather than riding back we had to walk 2 miles, which was the highlight of our day. But we feel cheated and misled by the false and incomplete information

The boat was 45 minutes late for all scheduled times throughout the day meaning that we only had time to take the boat twice. There needs to be up-to-date information on when the boat is expected, as is the case with the commuter boats. Neither the website nor the Stromma guides knew when the boat was due to arrive, different guides were telling us different things. As such a lot of our day was wasted waiting for the boat to show-up. I would not recommend the Stromma service and would instead advise people to look at getting another boat company, such as red-sightseer.

Horrible experience. Worst turistic experience in my life. First waiting 45 minutes for the bus. There is competitor company which 2 bus arrived during waiting. There were 25 people more than capacity. Due to crowd it was no possible to enter or exit. In the bus was strong and intensive smell on urine. After station No 1, next driver just didnt appeared on his duty. People stayed in the bus for 20 mins. We almost lost connection boat for our ship. Horror, horror and horror. We were in the group with disabled person means that we must run to catch boat with disabled woman... Fantastic experience!!! Not recommended in any case!!!

The worst experience ever. First of all, the organization of the ticket booth and other vendors at the dock, was so confusing. It could have been nice, If there was an overview of the different boattours and what the entails, so that you don't end up buying a unsatisfying product. The boat was over an hour delayed. The man in the ticket booth had no interest in helping us with generel information about the trip, and we ran across the docks 4 times, to get to the right place, with absolutely no help from him...only to find out, that it was over an hour late, despite him telling us it was departing in 15 min, when we bought the tickets. The boattour itself was the biggest letdown. No guidance from the crew, no sound in the earphones and the man in the ticket booth didn't give us a map, so we had no idea where we were. It was a waste of time and we could have easily have done this 'tour' by foot or taxi. Tip: Chose the RED hop-on-hop-off boat tour instead - they came multiple times and ON TIME and goes to the exact same places.

The general concept of this provider is good: it's a round trip, you can hop on and off whenever you like and you can listen to an audio tour in multiple foreign languages of your own choice. Busses can be live tracked online. Problems on our tours: headphones didn't work properly, hot and sticky air although it was only 21° outside temperature (they wouldn't open the roof top), the bus was overcrowded as passengers entered and exited the bus unevenly (e.g. at vasa museum). Also there is another provider that uses busses in the same color which confused many people. Next time we would rather choose a different tour

Very confusing which bus is which. From what i can tell there are three companies with simialar names and buses. Your pass only works with whichever company you purchase from. It's very unclear who is who. So you might line up in the wrong line. They also close buses down frequently and often the audio inputs are not working or only work sporatically. Once you have paid, don't expect the staff to be helpful. On multiple occasions they ignored questions in lieu if more sales. There was a tremendous amount of co struction during our stay which lessened the number of stops availble. Their boats are of a low caliber with similar issues to their busses. We added on the Abba Museum pass because we were tpld it saved us $10. Which was not true. They were truly horrible.

Fun to drive through the city in a double-decker bus. The explanations over headphones and the live map are also useful. Unfortunately, only one line is available and the buses only run until five. Definitely not an alternative to local transport.

Horrible buses- no idea where or when buses are arriving. Long gaps between service. This is the service that comes with the Stockholm card. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Red hop on hop off better service

As a frequente traveller who visited over 40 countries and made a lot of sightseeing tours this one was BY FAR and I really mean it BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY. We saw the reviews only and saw that they were really really bad but wanted to see for our selfs! Well the reviews are true! You wait for at least 45min on the first stop! The bus is completely full and there is no safety at all. Not even the roof was open and it felt like a offen inside. There are by far best hopp on hopp off like the “red Company”

Horrible experience; this company cannot coordinate their buses, leading to massive wait times. Also, if you are on a cruise, their shuttles are awful and delayed. Use their competitor Red Bus instead.

Ill managed service. Routes changes without prior notification. Very very huge gap in services. 40 min between 2 buses. No driver knows when the next bus is coming. Few suggestions: 1. As buses are already GPS controlled, please create an app for users to install and check current route and the position of the next busxwaiting time etc.

Awful. Awful. Awful. Not clear where the stops are. Buses crowded. Overpriced. I waited an hour for a bus outside the ABBA museum. You have to get the right bus company because there are more than one and it is very confusing. Save your money and get a tram or local bus. It’s the and same view for less money!

Greta way to see the city on your terms. You learn some, get to leave where it’s convenient and return when and if you want to. Friendly staff.

Please do not use this for your sightseeing tour in Stockholm! The buses are always late, the bus drivers are horrible (our actually forced an accident) and the audio guide is horrible and most of the times not working. I have no experience with the competiter, but it can't be worst than this...

Saubere Busse und viele gute Informationen. Wir haben dadurch einen ersten Überblick über die Stadt erhalten und dann den Rest zu Fuß erkundet. Bei schlechtem Wetter sind die Busse sehr voll.

Es gibt in Stockholm zwei Hop on hop off Unternehmen: 1. City Sightseeing der Firma Stromma und 2. Red Sightseeing.
