But When leaving…. we saw that next to us there was a Spaniard family being helped by another person at the same booth. So we decided to wait for the Line and ask for his help. After that we realized why his Line was so long…. He was simply IMPRESSIVE. Not only he spoke our mother language!! he gave us fantastic info and típs for this fabulous city. THANKS RODRIGO!!!!

We just arrived by train to Stockholm, tired and confused. The directions to our hotel did not make sense even after we tried to find our way. Rodrigo at the Info kiosk assisted us with kindness and patience. He persisted, using his own phone to clarify, and gave us clear and accurate information. September 8, 2022, appropriately 11:00-11:30 am, my wife and I encountered an extremely offensive experience that detracted from the excitement of coming to Stockholm. The previous day we arrived, and on our way to our hotel, we had to ask locals for directions. They could not have been more helpful. The following day we enthusiastically went to Central Station to see about buying a Stockholm Pass. We were directed to the Tourist Information (TI) Center. Our good feeling about coming to Stockholm ended there. There were two women at the TI center, (one was blond the other dark-haired) they were both uncooperative and rude, particularly the dark-haired woman. I had the unfortunate occasion of asking both women questions and was treated with an attitude as if we were bothersome to them. Particularly the dark-haired woman who when we have problems with operating the credit card machine did nothing to assist us but yell push bottom one or two for the currency of your choice. When we responded the machine gave us no such indication she continued to rant until we took the credit card out of the machine and left due to the scene she created. She treated us as if we were bumbling fools. For the rest of the day, we were upset. Please understand, that both my wife and I are college graduates and very experienced travelers. I also notice, by reading other reviews that this experience was not unique to us. Several reviewers had similar experiences. I believe now is the time for management to rectify the situation.

Dreadful. Went there to ask for some info and directions, and instead got lectured on how to use Google maps. Absolutely not helpful, rude interaction and to be honest quite aggressive way of interacting with others. Awful experience.

As soon as we arrived in Stockholm, we went to the tourist office to get information about museums and the travel card but found a listless, unfriendly girl who did not give us any information but only handed us two maps of the city. Inefficient service. Were we in the wrong place?

Specifically, Raskal took a good amount of time to help me with my SIM card. When I got off the plane in Stockholm I realized T Mobile doesn't work here! I was a bit panicked.
