Don’t waste your time here, staff who were proactive and professional had left and I heavily trusted this boutique a month ago. Now wasted my one hour and also environment in no longer professional. Boutique manager was not interested in giving time to customer while all staff was sitting and free and chatting. Across the road Telia offers better professional environment if you want to buy accessories and regarding 3 matters contact online service.

My experience wasn't positive at all. I got only template answers, no whatsoever ability to provide arguments and to go an extra mile in order to keep the client. All answers started with : "no, I cannot.....no, I cannot". I would not recommend the service and level of knowledge of the sales agent there to any company or future client.
