Awful
and
unpleasant
customer
service
experience
for
our
first
time
visit
in
Stockholm.
We
had
a
baby
with
stroller
for
dine
in.
The
only
lady
waitress
who
serves
us
on
the
basement
floor
was
unpleasant
for
the
entire
time.
First,
we
had
to
wait
for
our
main
course
for
30
mins,
it’s
just
two
dishes
and
it
was
not
busy
in
the
restaurant
at
all.
Second,
she
was
not
around
all
the
time,
not
even
come
to
ask
if
we
want
more
drinks
when
we
are
waiting
for
the
main
course,
no
drinks
or
did
not
fill
up
the
water
for
30
mins.
I
bet
she
missed
our
order,
that’s
why
it
took
so
long,
and
of
course
no
apology
from
her.
When
we
were
leaving
with
our
stroller
and
going
back
to
upstairs,
she
was
not
helping
to
make
a
little
more
space
for
it,
but
apologize
to
other
tables
of
customers
about
my
baby
was
crying.
We
felt
like
we
were
eating
in
a
fast
food
chain
more
than
a
mid-high
price
range
restaurant.
The
foods
was
not
bad,
if
you
don’t
expect
any
customer
service
here,
then
go
for
it.
That
only
lady
is
a
joke
in
this
restaurant,
no
smile
l,
unpleasant,
treated
us
like
we
are
in
Burger
King.
However,
I
have
to
say
the
other
male
waiter
on
the
top
floor
was
great,
we
ordered
one
more
drink
with
him
and
the
drink
came
like
in
a
few
mins,
but
he
was
not
the
main
person
to
serve
us.
I
hope
their
owner
aware
about
it.
