🫤 Absolutely not recommended! Almost no seats to be sited. The crew told us to go outside! It’s winter -10 in Stockholm now, is she OK? Hardly heard anything from the guide. Really dark outside, can’t see anything. Everyone gets super bored after 30 minutes. People start talking, playing iPad, phone,... People often mention boat, tour, guide, Stockholm, time, trip, city, tours, winter,

The staff was very cooperative. Smooth process for getting the tickets for boat tours, after scanning the gocitypass. The boat rides were pleasant & with prerecorded commentary. All in all, very good experience 👍🏼

We took the Strömma motor ship Carl-Philip to the Drottningholm castle and back last Tuesday enjoying lunch going and desert and coffee coming back in the dining saloon on upper deck. We were in competition with a group of 28 retirees going and in a passionate discussion with the Egyptian restaurant chief and his maître d'hôtel from the Cap Verde Island on our return trip. This was most entertaining. The food was good but the portions small, probably explained by the short time allowed for finishing your meal. Five meat balls, 15 lingonberries and 7 slices of pickled cucumber with a small lump of mashed potatoes does not satisfy a grown up man for more than an hour. In all, rather poor value for money, if you don't include the value of our entertaining discussions with the staff.

Good service and useful information. We tried two different boats: one - Under the bridges and the other one: Archipelago boat tour. For the second I can recommend you to book tour with food included 👌 Definitely if you have time try both of those tours in different days 👍 Working times are different from those in their website, so better be there earlier.

If you're in Stockholm for the first time, you should start exploring the city with a boat trip (Under the bridge of Stockholm) It will take you about 2.5 hours, but you have the opportunity to take pictures of the most beautiful and important buildings from the sea. In addition, the passage under the bridges is also impressive. On weekends it is better to book a ticket online. I recommend.

1h to go 1h to come back the exact same way. The pre-recorded audio was ok but the tour itself was only half interesting.

We went for the Royal Canal Cruise on the 19th May 2023. We had to queue for a while before we got into the boat. They provide earpiece before boarding so that you can plug into the pre-recorded audio guide as you cruise along. It's one of the options to explore Stockholm through this cruise.

Fantastic winter boat ride. Really enjoyed the views. It was winter foggy but skins and blankets to keep warm. It was a brilliant experience.

Having bought the Stockholm Pass, we decided to make the most of fabulous weather and enjoy a couple of the shorter boat tours included - the ‘Royal Canal’ and the ‘Under the Bridges of Stockholm’ ones. The boats are not brilliantly designed for sightseeing at canal level, with four seats each side of the aisle inside and a roof which limits the upward view (even more so outside), while the commentary points did not work in every seat, all of which is why I am not giving five stars. However, the two trips themselves were really good, allowing us to see a different side of Stockholm and a wide variety of architecture, scenery and bridges. As a city of islands, Stockholm should definitely be appreciated from the water at least once, and we found these tours an excellent way to do this.

This River Cruise Sightseeing tour came with my Go City Pass, worth a ride if you are tired of walking and just want to sit and relax. Audio guide is also provided and you get to tour the city from a different view. Weather was not the mist ideal today as it was cloudy, but still a fun and relaxing ferry ride.

Brilliant tour. Helped us get our bearings in the city overall and learnt a lot. Åsa was a fantastic tour guide. So much information and equally entertaining! As cold as it was on top of the boat, the blankets were great and there was loads of space when we eventually wimped out and went inside for a cup of glögg. Highly recommend

I did the winter tour by boat, 75min. The seating area indoor is quite low so you don‘t see much if you‘re not tall. It was hard to understand the guide because of the volume. While booking and even on the map on the boat (see picture, and the map was very dirty btw) it says, that there is free WiFi. But it was not working. As I asked the guide, she said it’s only working on the longer tour and she joked as if I need to work anyway.

Nice boat tours. We did the Royal Canal Tour which lasts for about 50 Minutes and takes you around Djurgården island whit its pretty parks and royal mansions. On the way back you get great views of the city skyline with some of its landmarks such as the Danvikshem that some ships in the past have apparently mistaken for the royal palace. The boat is equipped with a bar and a toilet.

It's very nice tour. They had 2.5h and 1h sightseeing tours. I joined shorter one, because of my limited time. The boat has indoor and outdoor areas (inner place is bigger and has many spaces). I found a seat after I decided to spend my last 20 min. It's May but temp. was around 7-8 celcius, so do not forget to take your thick clothes for your comfort at outdoor.

Royal canal tour - okay overall, nice staff members, but the boat has rows of eight seats with pre-recorded tour to listen via earphones so not very personal, and you may not get the best views unless you queue well ahead of the boat trip start time to grab a window seat. The recorded tour guide also a bit basic and not too much detail/ history, not a lot of info if you have already looked into some of the sights you want to visit in the area. We may try the archipeligo trip next time, maybe thay would be better

We did the winter boat tour and. Were unsure what to expect for just a 1hr 15min trip, however we really enjoyed it. Matthias, the guide was interesting and informative in relation to the islands of the capital and further afield. Would definitely recommend. Also, brave the cold and sit on the deck,it is well worth it for the views.

Under the bridges tour. They overcharge so much considering they're just giving you a pre recorded audio guide, which was out of date, out of sync and performed in a sleep inducing, montome way. The seats are terrible, and the fact that the route loops means that the guide repeats itself. I would strongly recommend going on a tour with an actual person guiding

Ferrys to the surrounding islands depart here. Wie did a trip to Vaxholm which was not really worth it, as there is not much to see. A longer boat trip around the islands is interesting as you see a little of the Swedish landscape and lifestyle outside the city.

we took a two hour tour to stockholm. at the end of the tour the boat slammed violently against the pier, the girl who worked on the boat, a real rude person, instead of apologizing to the people who got hurt, she started screaming at. Another steward or captain intervened, I don't know, he started screaming and threatening. A woman in my group got very badly hurt. you are from complaint. Very rude and bad boat! We paid like 100 euros!!!!
