Staff allow queue cutting even though there aren't enough seats on the boat. Staff say they "can't do anything" about passengers taking up 2 or 3 seats each either by spreading their legs or putting their bags on seats beside themselves. When staff were made aware, they said they couldn't do anything, and didn't seem concerned about the safety of the passengers. Schöne Tour eigentlich. Leider hatten wir ein recht arrogantes Schwulipaar neben uns, das mit zunehmenden Bieren lauter wurde und vorne recht unfreundliche Chinesen o.ä. ...Tipp: An den seiten mehrere Lautsprecher installieren...dann hätten wir was von den Durchsagen unseres Guides verstanden!!
