When i arrived I was surprised. The place look exactly like the pictures. I started with 5 stars. But from here it was only downwards. In the booking it says that they clean the rooms everyday but unfortunately this is not true. I hanged the note on the door that says please clean the room but nothing happened, in the bathroom there was no soap for cleaning hands, and same thing at the kitchen as well. I also needed clean new towels, which was not provided until the day after. I called the receptionist and asked why but there was no logic answer to get. Next thing is about breakfast, THERE IS NO BREAKSFAST AT THE HOTEL. I went to the dining room on Sunday between the hours but nothing there. I did the same thing on Monday but nothing there as well. I called the receptionist they told me the breakfast was on the vending machine where it was possible to buy an old sandwich and a redbull. No options here for anything else. It says on the hotel information that there will be availability for someone at the reception between 12:00-20:00. I have now stayed here for several days and no one has been in the reception. It been closed in all hours, when I called and asked the service line they told me this Hotell do not have a reception. Why then does it says that there is a reception in the lobby?? Last at not least last night it was full party at one of the rooms. People screaming, punching, fighting. The noises so loud that I was not possible to sleep. I again called the receptionist to explain this. Nothing happened for an hour and we had to call the police our self. People shouting, running in the hallways, trying to open several doors etc. this issue removes the security of feeling ‘’safe’’. Especially when no one did anything! For me this will be the last time here, and I do not recommend living here, even though the price is cheaper then other options.

I was surprised about the quality of the room and its contints, very clean comfortable and quiet. You will fell like home.

- No ac, Only in their hallway (They said that there would provide us with AC in their own website - Their breakfast is from a Vending machine - The room had weird stains all over the place and the water boiler still had some water left from the previous visitors - There was no receptionist in our hotel, only the day we arrive. That means that the 3 nights we stayed at the hotel (Friday-Monday), no one was there. - Room doesn’t get cleaned everyday, only after the day you come and leave

Poor & miserable.... On Agoda website Pictures and information do not match reality at all.... liars 🤕🙄

Sämsta hotelupplevelse någonsin! Det är ingen som svarar när man ringer! Ingen som svarar på mail! Ingen personal i receptionen! Urdåligt städat vid incheckning! Ingen städning alls, med påfyllning av kaffe/te, då vi bodde i tre nätter! Vi hade varsin liten påse neskaffe första dagen!! URURSELT!!! INTE ENS VÄRD EN ENDASTE STJÄRNA!!

Wow pleasantly surprised. A lot of hotels gave birth to the money. Clean, very comfortable beds and sheets/pillows/covers that must be among the most comfortable I've slept on. Get a complete kitchen with accessories! The pictures say it all! Highly recommended!

Rooms are fresh and clean. Located in an industrial area, you wake up with noise from excavators and the like. Easy to bake. But there are no staff at the reception. Check in was a little difficult and check out is very easy

Quite an okay hotel, but unfortunately there were several people who lived there who smoked and chose to stand right outside the emergency exit that was outside our room. Which resulted in us getting a lot of smoke into us. Not fun.

Kändes mer som en öppen anstalt än ett hotell. Smutsigt och dammigt rum som luktade stekflott och gammal fritös. Tv fanns det på rummet men ingen fjärrkontroll (tillval?) Tog en timme för att få tillgång till rummet.

Ingen betjäning så det blev ET anet hotel PS dålig höjtaler til potjen

Småt, dårlig ventilation, ingen aircondition i juni. både stedet og hotellet er ikke familieegnet. Receptionisten er ikke tilgængelig. Fitness er lukket. Dårlig hygiejne. Meget er ødelagt

First experience when three guys stand smoking weed right outside the hotel. Who then steps in and continues smoking in his room just above the entrance. Enters my room and is surprised that it is still fresh. But then I found a used condom in the microwave. After that, I will be upgraded to a room whose windows cannot be closed with freezing temperatures at night.

No reception, you have to call another hotel to code a card over the phone. You can buy breakfast via a vending machine, lots of traffic both early in the morning and in the evening/night. First and last time I stay at this hotel, rather pay a few thousand extra for my safety and security at another hotel.
