I
recently
had
the
misfortune
of
booking
an
eyebrow
threading
appointment
and
what
a
nightmare
it
turned
out
to
be!
I
wish
I
could
give
them
zero
stars,
but
unfortunately,
that's
not
an
option.
I
thought
it
would
be
convenient
to
book
my
appointment
online,
but
little
did
I
know
that
it
would
lead
to
a
humiliating
experience.
Upon
arriving
at
the
salon,
I
was
met
with
condescending
laughter
from
the
staff
even
as
I
tried
to
explain
that
I
had
a
booking.
It
was
appalling
to
see,
what
kind
of
"professional"
establishment
allows
their
employees
to
mock
customers
who
have
scheduled
appointments?
Instead
of
a
warm
welcome,
I
was
greeted
with,
"What
are
YOU
doing
here?".
I
booked
an
appointment
like
any
other
paying
customer
and
the
audacity
of
their
attitude
left
me
speechless.
The
staff
continued
to
make
me
feel
unwanted
by
telling
me
they
don’t
provide
services
to
males
and
I
should
leave.
Throughout
the
entire
ordeal,
the
atmosphere
in
the
salon
was
so
uncomfortable
that
I
couldn't
wait
to
escape.
The
negativity
from
the
staff
was
palpable,
and
it
made
for
an
unpleasant
and
demoralising
experience.
In
summary,
I’m
sure
the
service
would
have
been
great
given
all
the
positive
reviews
I
have
read
but
it
was
quite
evident
that
staff
need
to
work
on
their
customer
service
skills.
