Been going there for a few appointments. Very pleasant staff and nice facilities. Good parking facilities. They have a small play area for kids too to keep them busy. The place looks nice and large after the recent renovations. Of course it is expensive and recommend having an insurance when using their services unless you intend to!

Came here for back surgery. What can I say excellent care 5-stars the staff could not do anymore they were welcoming, helpful and went 100% to care for you. Mr Vikas Kapoor my surgeon I cannot thank him enough for his excellent work and his caring ability to set your mind at ease. I would recommend the Hospital and the surgeon all day long

Went on Monday and the staff looked after us very well. When we went to see the doctor he went out of his way to try and sort my daughter out. More tests are booked and they are spot on with there care it is worth the 2 hour drive to know she is now going to be in the right hands. Thank you to all who work at the hospital

Came here for bariatric surgery. From admittance to leaving could not one fault could I find. From the receptionist right up to my surgeon Mr Alkahfaff and everyone in-between I received 5-star care. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. The room was well equipped and very comfortable with ensuite facilities, large screen TV, nurse call service, USB charging points, air conditioning. All in all I was very satisfied with every aspect of my stay.

Reassuring and helpful, my daughter was given reassurance throughout the appointment. Nothing was too much including having the swim moulds ready quickly for my daughter starting school swimming lessons next week. Thanks for everything Updated after collecting moulds - great experience and one very happy daughter now able to go swimming again. Nothing was trouble and we were given all the time whilst my daughter practiced putting the plugs into her ears until she was confident. Reassurance was given throughout. Honestly I can't say how positive our experience has been both with regards to kindness and reassurance to the care taken to keep us safe with regards to the virus. Thank you for your time

Excellent service all the way through. Dr Lucy-Anne Hastings was very helpful. My hearing loss had recently changed from moderate to severe and I had difficulty finding suitable hearing aids with my previous audiologist. My hearing loss was explained to me in detail and all my questions answered. We discussed the various types of hearing aids available to me and I was advised to trial the Oticon hearing aids. The hearing aids were fine tuned using REM and I was very pleased with the difference they made and purchased a pair. After three months of usage, I have had no issues with my hearing aids.

Every one was very helpful and my main nurse Clara Beighton was excellent along with Helen who assisted her. I think I had the best possible care and would recommend the hospital to all. Colin Taylor

Couldn’t be happier with the overall service of all the staff involved. The front reception were polite and friendly. The nurses and the audio team were very good with my daughter and the doctor put all my concerns to rest. Everywhere was extremely clean, the chairs all looked freshly washed (material Chairs) and they opened and closed the doors for us so we didn’t have to touch the door handles. They also have hand gel located everywhere. And every single person in the hospital had a face mask on. Overall I was happy with our experience there

Friendly, professional and helpful. Fantastic experience, I really couldn't fault them in any way. I was made to feel very comfortable, everything was explained to me in perfect detail and I came away feeling genuinely impressed. Highly recommend.
