    Today, 28/02/2022 at 22:40 I ordered 2 Big Macs and 1 Chicken Mayo. 1 Big Mac came with burned bun, another seems ate and the Chicken Mayo came only with chicken, no mayo and no salad. Besided that, the employee gave me with only 1 Big Mac, I had to review the bag to ask for the correct order. Why an invest to decor the place with the customer service is on that level?

    Had a great time in here with my Grandson. Peter the guy who was tidying up was great. I imagine he's a big asset to the company, nothing was to much trouble for him. Made the experience in there excellent. Hope he's on next time I'm in.

    Food nice and hot, staff really nice. Only problem is getting back out of the place, the traffic lights don't help. Other than that spot on .

    Made an order for delivery.. items missing. My child's happy meal completely missing burgers off meals missing. Contacted the store no answer. Contacted customer services online for a refund. Emailed numerous times and never got a reply to my ticket. 100 percent won't be going back to any McDonald's store again. Was left with mainly a bag of soggy fries and missing food very poor experience. Never witnessed anything like it at any other store.

    Got to the drive through waited nearly 6 minutes to place order plus 5 cars went past on the opposite intercom. Then placed order asked to wait for a further 10 minutes and received no sugar with our coffees plus the coffees were cool not hot. Sadly won't be returning.

    Cold burgers, took them back only to be replaced by cold burgers. This branch is way too focused on the drive thru and not enough on the resteraunt, the service was poor.

    What's the point in having sauce options with chicken select if you're not going to give them to us through the drive through. Every time you have to ask for them. Useless.

    Our visit to Bredbury McDonald's started fine, we ordered 2 McSpicy meals with McFlurrys. All the staff were a delight. The spicy chicken burgers were lovely as were the McFlurrys however, my friends fries were lukewarm(we ate our food in the carpark). Back to the drive through we went and at the last window we were greeted by a very polite and friendly young man named Reagan. We explained the situation with the fries to him and immediately he was more than happy to help us. On his return he handed us a freshly cooked, hot large portion of fries. We would both like to extend our gratitude to Reagan for his excellent customer service and taking pride in his work. Something people don't often see nowadays.

    Great food really tasty try the tomato soup better than heinz grilled chicken breast was moist and the fish was perfect friendly staff very clean great pint of Efes lager all for under £30 Inc coffee

    Nice to see my burger was put together with care and attention and not with a catapult from across the room. Also nice of somebody to take a bite of the burger for me before I got it, least I know it was not poisoned or undercooked 🥴.

    This is the best McDonalds I've been in, and I've been in a lot! The drive through is fast, efficient, faultless! Staff are mature, friendly, well- trained. I would drive out of my way to use Bredbury.

    Simple order, large Coke, large Coffee.. Paid for these large drinks. Get to receive the order and handed a bag and a coke.. I told the server that this wasn't mine axnd repeated the order,she looked at me like somehow this was my fault and scurried around the multitude of items piled on the side giving me the same coke and a coffee (small not large) with a terrible attitude.. When I dared to ask for some sugar I received a tut and the items were thrust forward at me with zero politeness... This server should not be in a customer facing position, or if they hate their job so much, change it.. Had a few bad experiences here but let them slide, however after my young daughter commented on how rude she was when we had driven off. I felt compelled to tell others to go elsewhere,the worst McDonald's in the Stockport area for sure.

    The guy taking orders was rushing and wasn't very polite and helpful. We ordered 3 meals and got them all in one bag not checking if vegan is even packed separately... Pies with burgers and chips all in one bag... Absolutely ridiculous

    I placed an order on the app for collection. It took them 25 mins. The whole place was in chaos. Staff yelling at each other. Food bags piled high. It seemed drive through and Uber were the priority while instore customers were left for long periods. Finally got my order and had to return as a drink was missing. Got home and the food was freezing and a chicken nugget meal was missing. Iv phoned them around 15 times now to sort and they don’t ever answer the phone. Tomorrow I’ll be calling customer service directly as I’m getting no help from the Bredbury store.

    Ordered via Uber eats, items missing, contacted Uber eats via app, gave a refund but how does that help when my grandsons siblings are sat there eating and he’s sat there with an empty plate. After 12(!) attempts to phone the “restaurant” Emma answered, excuses were “we are busy” “we have a lot of new staff”. I ordered 3 of the same burger yet only 2 were put in the bag. I asked if the new staff were being trained in counting. Disgusting service. Will never use again. We never eat this muck, but for some reason, kids seem to want it. Why people use them I do not know, especially when they can’t get the correct amount of food right, regardless of how poor quality it is anyway.

    Wife picked up on the way in, contents in bag thrown in burgers on its side next to the nuggets she ordered. No sauce at all for nuggets. Would’ve thought it quite easy to put sauce and pack the bag properly but they seem to hire anybody nowadays.

    This has to be the worst McDonalds, they always get my order wrong. Always check your food when ordering here. When using the drive thru they always direct you to the grill order bays. Today I waiting 15mins and they came with drinks only and then asked me whether I had the food. Yes I know you normally get the drinks at the drive thru so just have to wait for the food. They went to find out where the food was and came back to tell me they given it someone else. I hope they enjoy my order. It takes another 15mins and eventually they come back and apologise saying at least the food is fresh (isnt it supposed to be)? I check that all the boxes are there, in future i need to open the boxes as i sit here enjoying my grilled chicken salad box without the chicken and a box which is just lettuce and has one slice of tomato

    What can I say, fast food that came out hot and freshly cooked. Milkshakes machine was not working though. Clean customer area and polite staff. Plenty of parking spaces. Toilets maybe needed a better clean. On the whole a satisfying visit.

    Terrible service every single time I come here. They park all cars going through the drive through. Causes huge issues in the car park and multiple times I've had my order completely forgotten about and had to go in to sort. It's quicker to drive 20 minutes to another McDonald's than wait for food here.

    It's lovely to visit. It's a very decent mcdonalds. Always clean, always quick to be served now they've changed the interior around. Can get a little busy to park with lots of delivery drivers at certain times but always pleasant to visit

    Poor every time! I Order using the app & it always comes from this dump unfortunately. Today my food come cold. Chips were soggy. I have Never once get the sauce I asked for with the 20 dried up chicken nuggets box.

    The flat white has become more and more tasteless, more and more bitter and the app keeps crashing on me. Frustrating experience that seems to become more regular so I am not going to give my money to big chain any more and will increase my contribution to small coffee shops that need it and that are trying harder.

    Everything was fine but for the waiting, as all the delivery drivers (there seemed to be a constant flow of them) were getting all the food being served. Enjoyed our meal anyway.

    Yet again seemed incapable of completing an order accurately from an app. Clearly written instructions that people don't seem able or care enough to get right. Feel like we have to park and check everything every time as the order never is fully correct. If you can't get it right for just 2 adults, I dread to think what it must be like for larger families.

    Been here 50+ times over the past couple of years, unfortunately it's always slow and the coffee is bitter. Like burnt bitter not just coffee taste lol. Not sure on the food I use all Mc D's for coffee on the go but this one has always been different.

    You get coke ask for no ice they put ice in it. Ask for a book for kids happy meal they give toy or vice versa. They throw the sauces on top of chips. Customer service is something they lack. Just horrible.

    The staff are really nice and the food was great especially the McFlurry !!! Other places you taste the ice but this place is sooooo smooth we went back and got another one 😜😆 ♿️ Parking and parking .. I got confused as haven’t been to this one for many years. So here’s what you do when you drive into the entrance … Straight ahead is the drive through. Turn right as you drive in to take you to the parking and don’t get confused like me 😅 The drive through takes you to the usual windows and if you look left you see the car park and think … how do you get in there 🤔😆 So hope this helps 😊 Really nice little McDonald’s well done guys keep it up ☺️

    Ordered from here today via the McDonald's app. Ordered a bacon tasty meal and a mccrispy meal. Bacon tasty arrived with no bacon and no tomato. Completely not what I asked for. 40 minutes trying to complain on the McDonald's app only to be told that because the transaction was completed by Uber eats then to complain to them instead. Next time I'll just use the Uber eats app in the first place and I'll just order from a different restaurant. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

    On numerous occasions McDonald’s Whitefeild Rd has missed items off our orders, this is a regular occurrence now and we’re obviously not alone in this matter. I’d suggest going elsewhere unless you want food missing and extra cost to amend.

    Ordered three burger meals, they missed a burger off the order. Fortunately we were eating in so the mistake was noticed early by us. Warmest thing in my meal was the lettuce on my big Mac, cold burger, cold limp chips for all three of us. Horrible. Give it a miss

    Disgusting experience only reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 0 is thanks to lovely gentleman who was understanding and actually helpful. The manager (women) was extremely rude Went through the drive threw waited 40 minuets parked up ended up getting my food but no drinks explained this to the gentleman who brought my food and he went back to go and get them…. However we then checked the bag and more then half my order missing… Explained this to him and he said someone who be out to me 20 mins later nobody did I then went in store spoke to 4 different people not one actually got me my rest of my order took another 15 mins in store before someone actually did something and guess what I still ended up leaving with 3 items missing, I could go and wait again so had to leave. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

    Staff are nice but there's never milkshake or ice-cream in the evening maybe after 9pm because the staff put the machines on cleaning mode early. How about have two machines. One that cleans in the day and one the self cleans at night. So there's alway one available for use. Good is always messy. Lettuce catapulted into burgers, missing items, inadequate tbird-party delivery drivers, slow wait times. Guess it's just typical chain fast food company stuff.

    Ridiculously poor standards. I'm not one to review a Mcdonalds but we've had parts missing off of our orders 3 times in a row now, always one of us missing out. I dont understand why they dont check through and check each order. It seems like a lot of people have this same issue. Joke.
