👍 Honestly I was going to give this place a 1 star rating. I got there at 8:10 got checked in by 8:50 and wasn’t called back until 11:05. I’m just leaving at 12:37. When I got here there were about 8 people in front of me. 2 being helped, 2 waiting in line in front of me, and the rest sitting down. I... I don’t know how they go about calling people back because I seen people who came in after me being seen first for the next 2 hours I was waiting. The only reason I’m giving this place 4 stars was because Erica R was so pleasant to talk to and very helpful! The last 30 minutes with her made me forget how upset and annoyed I was! Thank you Erica for helping me out!

I recently went to Concentra Urgent Care on Arch rd in Stockton to get a TB test and although the first initial visit there was quite a wait. Once inside staff was very friendly and the even have a small treat on the desk which was nice. The next visit went very smooth and hardly no wait at all. Once again the staff was great.

got there at 9:30, got checked in at 10:30 and got attended at 4:45, and got seen by the doctor at 4:55. they close at 5. it was a workers como meeting. i got my shoulder injured and i still have pain to move my arm but according to this doctor she thinks i have nothing wrong and i can work without restrictions since my shoulder isn’t broken. i couldn’t even get my workers comp file back since the front staff left before i was dont seeing the doctor which she took 1 minute talking to me. literally 1 minute. the paper she gave to me saying i can return to work with no accommodation was printed at 4:47 so before she even talked to me. the worst experience ever and i’m going to ask my workers comp person to send me to a different clinic for a second opinion because that was trash. front staff and assistance were nice. also forgot to mention they only had one provider that day for at least 40+ people.

The staff was great. There was a bit of a wait in the beginning but they really are trying their best to get you in and out. For the amount if people they had they were getting work done. I had the privilege of meeting a Mr. David Lopez and the gentleman was awesome. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Go in with patience and an open mind to what's going on behind closed doors. I promise you they're trying their best.

I had a walk-in for a company physical. Concentra told me I couldn't make an appointment, I had to walk-in. I arrived at 0800am, opening time. There was a line of about 10-12 people outside the door. After 90 minutes of standing in line I was able to check-in and was told wait time was 4-5 hours. My physical was completed and I left at 1:45pm. Almost 6 hours for a physical. It was ridiculous, the wait time. I don't know if they are understaffed or what but something's not right when a walk-in physical takes 6 hours. I was told I could leave the lobby for lunch and they would call my cell phone, but had to be back within 5 minutes of receiving the call????? Meaning, lunch was impossible!

Came to get my stitches checked. Arrived at 8:30 I finally got ot at 1:25. One doctor. A very long wait. I don't recommend this place. They need to have another doctor. Five hours to be cleared. Four hours in waiting room and o e hour in room.

Was in for a 2-year CDL medical exam. Waited for about an hour or two but was checked up in less than 30 minutes and got my exam done. Great staff and gave me a few points on my upcoming exams as well.

Customer service and staff were great. Office was clean and outside parking lot. Oh and plenty of parking easy access also. Only issue was the wait time. I was only able to do my drug test because I would have had to wait 4-6 hours for my physical and TB test. It was about 3 pm the receptionist said there had been people there since 8 am. This is for a job , now I have to make a second trip and wait again. I don't know if this is typical for all concentra locations but that's crazy. You either wait an hour outside before open time because there's already a line or you wait the entire day just to be seen 5 minutes. PLEASE fix this. Everything else was great

The process was made very easy. I especially liked how friendly the staff was and how they call you to let you know when it’s your turn. You have 15 minutes to get back after they call you. The waiting is a bit long, but it certainly isn’t for lack of employees trying.

Super friendly front desk worker. She was knowledgeable and got me in right away and the lady that took me back was very friendly. We even shared a few jokes.

Arrived at 3:30 & was advised of the long wait time. Was finally called back to a room after 5pm. The doctor was in a hurry, sarcastic and rushed me through the following up. He requested eye drops for me yet was informed by staff that the clinic was out of eye drops. A staff member suggested a prescription but the doctor refused since he has a "responsibility" to adhere to the workers comp relationship. He stated "I'll give her the $1.35 to buy the eye drops OTC. Because a pharmacy will charge the worker comp $40 for that prescription". A nurse came to release me and advised me to get some eye drops. I asked her when the clinic would have some in stock. She responded with "We're out of eye drops and I don't know when we'll have any". A review of my discharge papers states that the eye drops were "dispensed" yet I received nothing. This is fraud and goes against the "relationship" with workers comp.

They were very nice, organized, and knowledgeable. The wait was not as bad as some places. I did not feel like an inconvenience to them as I have at other places. Good job girls!!

Staff was great. Facility reeked of chemicals so bad I had to spend the four hour wait outside. The Doctor was seriously miserable. Poor bedside manner. Spent four hours to be rushed out in two mins and disregarded. He went out of his way to aggravate my injury that was not needed to access the situation. I repeated it was painful please stop and was ignored and he applied greater pressure. Wouldn't go back as long as he's an option as a medical professional who dislikes his job or working with humans.

I just got home and I am in more pain. The PA had difficulties understanding what I was saying when describing the event that caused my injury. The PA the. Asked if I could touch my toes, seeing that I could not go past my knees she continued to repeat herself “touch your toes.” After explaining to her I was in pain and could go no further she asked for an X-ray. As the X-rays came back negative I was directed on to the bed. She then grabbed my leg and whipped it up as if I were never injured. I grabbed her arm and laid in pain. She then whipped my other leg up the exact same. Not sure if that’s the way you are supposed to do things but this was by far the worst visit to a clinic or Dr office.

I came here for a work physical and everyone there was really friendly. Front office staff was helpful with all my paperwork I brought in and David was also kind with answering the many questions I had. Lastly, I would recommend going early as it can get busy with patients.

The staff is wonderful and very friendly, helpful, caring and great listeners. The PA on ther other hand no. I will give her a 0 she doesn’t listen to understand that what the person is feeling only what they should be feeling. She needs to remember not everyone is looking to get out of work, just to help with lowering weight limits. No compassion what so ever. I love the staff for the physical therapy they are understanding and will explain what needs to be done to get back to normal.

Arrived early 8am, the receptionist was very rude with her mannerisms and her way of facilitating the best way for me to send over an email with my requisition letter from my employer, do they can do the services. The facility in general has zero internet reception, and they don't allow connectivity to their wifi network, which I understand it's for security purposes. However, the facility should be aware of this issue and still chooses not to do anything about it. I wasn't able to send the email and after several attempts my employer faxed it over, still they never received the fax, or so they say. At this point I feel like the receptionist was just sat no to me just to get me to leave. So, I asked another receptionist for her email address and after 2min of my employer sending the email with the requisition letter, it appeared. I still wasn't able to get all the services I needed due to some nonsense they explained to me but it was all excuses. I have to admit that the only reason I would go to the place is because I'm sent their by my employer and not by choice. Concerta needs better customer service, better waiting times, for something simple it took me 3hrs?.

I arrived here this morning at 8:00am. I was told by the staff that my wait could last from 3 - 5 hours. I have been here now for 6 hours and I am still waiting… If you value your time like I do I recommend you find a different care facility because they obviously don’t care…

Got in at 12pm, did not get seen till 530pm. Then sat in Dr office for another hour waiting for the Dr. They need more staff. Dr and staff were nice, just the wait time was more like an ER visit. Made me 5 hours late to work.

People are nice and stuff and the tests and such go by fast but the wait times is what kills peoples motivation to come here. Had to wait 3 hours take drug and do physical. Those particular tests only took maybe 15-20 min but the wait is what brings my reviews down unfortunately. But the people here are reliable.

When I got there it took a minute to get checked in, but after that it was quick. I was called I but was not ready for the test. I was sort of shocked at them being so quick. This was a little stressful but the nurse or assistant was kind and explained the process to me. After that it was smooth sailing

I have no complaints about the staff, they were helpful and friendly. However, the process of getting physicals / drug tests is painful and inconvenient. Waits are a minimum of 3 hours even when you get there as the doors open, which doesn’t make sense since they only do walk-ins. I got there at 8am, had my name put down for a 11:30am slot. When I return at 11:25am, I was told it would be another 3 hours. This seems to be a very consistent issue with everybody in office. It literally took me and multiple people I know an entire week just to get our physical and drug screen done.

Well first of all the experience with the Staff was great , but the wait wasn't so good. But once they get you in the pace was good , they got you in and out. Overall I'm going to give them a 85% rate. Thanks for the experience with you all. Stephen Tyler

The most important advocate for your care; The front end and behind the scenes staff. This facility at Arch Rd in Stockton can look at your existing file over the phone, quickly evaluate your case and if prudent get you in the next morning without an appointment. I saw the doctor within 1 hour of my arrival at 8am, he reviewed the Ultra Sound, read the out of state Surgeon's report, brought me up to speed and concured with the recommendation. The case file was handed over to the staff to process. I received a call that afternoon, Concentra Arch Rd, Stockton had received the ok from workman's comp and that the surgery would be scheduled ASAP as she had begun the process for Surgeon's and facility availability / coordination STAT. I feel comfortable that my case is being handled professionally and to my best outcome from my wound.

Walk-in only for Worker's Comp. So you'll have to wait however long it takes to be seen on that day, if your company sends you to the doctor. I was in need of a new occupational health doctor. My company's insurance representative gave me two choices. After I read the reviews of each location, I called this office (closest to my house) to make an appointment. They confirmed that I could not make an appointment for Worker's Comp visits. Worker's Comp was Walk-in only. So I called the 2nd occupational health office on the list. They accept appointments. I chose this office and informed my company's insurance rep who advised me that my medical records from my old occupational health doctor would be transferred to the new office, the one I picked, within two weeks. The new office would contact me to schedule an appointment. So, if potentially wasting time all day in a doctor's office is your goal, have your company send you to: Concentra Medical Center 3663 E. Arch Road Suite 400 Stockton, CA 95215

I rate it as such only because i had to wait roughly 5 hours for a physical and drug screening for my job. The provider I got was prompt and straight to the point. Amanda was also very helpful in taking vitals and the drug screening. Not sure if the clinic is understaffed or just unorganized but the wait was not a good experience.
