Incredibly disappointed. It’s impossible to speak with anyone, if you call expect to hang up in anger before you ever hear a human voice on the line, even if you call back IMMEDIATELY after missing their call. Can’t reach your doctor and any and all notes/messages you leave for them won’t either. If you can go ANYWHERE else, do that. It’s not worth your health to deal with this. Can’t even articulate how disappointed I am in this company after having believed in it for so long…heartbreaking.

I’ve been a patient here for a long time, got tossed from one doctor to another so I don’t know who to expect. Appointments take 3 months. To get results you’ll have to wait another 2 months. If you need paperwork filled the doctors simply deny and say they don’t feel comfortable since they don’t know you. Well of course you don’t know the patients since you get assigned to new ones daily or the patient gets tossed around. Staff are very unprofessional but I mean they’re just trying to get that check. I’m honestly tired of this clinic chain so I’ve decided to get a private family doctor.💅🏼Lastly bust not least, you’d expect doctors their to keep tabs on your medical records but they don’t, like I said your a stranger to them not a regular patient.

If I had to choose one word to describe this place it would be UNPROFESSIONAL. I was led to believe I had an appointment with them--meaning at this address on West Lane--this morning at 9:30. But when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that my appointment was really for their office in Lodi. So why was this detail left out by the person who originally scheduled it? And why was it not mentioned in subsequent emails? Not only was this my day off from work, and not only did I schedule my entire day around the appointment, but I had to take three buses to get there! And even after explaining this to the receptionist, she had the temerity to ask me if I could ask someone for a ride out to Lodi! So the bottom line is this: if you value your time, and if you value professionalism, then this is not where you want to go for your medical needs! Hope this helps.

I went there to see a OBGYN and I think his name was Gerardo Aldo Hernandez Gonzalez. Very unprofessional made me feel like I was being rushed he didn't want to listen to my concerns he didn't do anything that he was supposed to then he tells me I do not have cancer how can you be a hundred percent sure if he'd done any. No cervical cell biopsy the very unprofessional. I would never refer them to anybody they only have one good doctor there.

You can never make an appointment over the phone, cos you get transferred from here to there. There is no direct calling number either. Even for refills one has go personally and see the doctor in order to get refills.will never recommend this place to anyone.

This place sucks! If you have a high risk pregnancy go anywhere but here. Good luck getting an appointment to begin with let alone the provider hearing you're concerns or respecting your decisions. The nurses talk about you in Spanish when they think you don't understand. Outside of the lady that did my pregnancy orientation this place is so unprofessional. Found with this place for almost 4 months to get an appointment with an OB that could prescribe medication they just schedule pointless appointments for every reason but what you need. Finally had care transferred, if you love your baby don't trust these incompetent people with your prenatal care.

Front desk employees always on their phones and this place never has vaccine shots for kids, lack of customer service. someone doesnt do their inventory job and report to management.

They have taken 6 days to prescribe my wife medication while she has been sick really bad.The help her is ridiculous and very unprofessional.

All i want to say i am very unhappy with getting an app. Or is it he no longer wants me as a patient. I have serveral medical issues. And can not get into see him. He can at least send me notification .

Their goal is to help you ASAP. They will do so very professionally I think. Yes problems here and there but where doesn't. Any how I do recommend although they seemed already packed. Their pediatric so far are schedule a month in advance it seems, so for regular check up is fine. But if it's an emergency they will do anything in their power to see those kids. Even if it's over the camera. They make it all very convenient. Most of it is on internet now. No need to wait in line. Pediatric to me are very professional and receptionist sound so welcoming.

I got to see dr. Ip here and I must say she is by far the best....I've had surgery by her on both my feet and I'm so glad I was referred to her she is sweet, kind and caring, understanding and very knowledgeable. Thank you doctor Ip for being amazing at what you do!

Unbelievable quick and clean. Been there for a foot appointment and also to see an eye doctor. Both were very professional. Definitely would go back and probably look forward to going back. Real nice and positive staff.

They are absolutely are not willing to help you with appointments and will cancel appointments that were set months ahead of time the day before and reschedule you 4 months after, it’s been a year with them and I’ve only been able to be seen once and with the wrong doctor they scheduled for.

Thanks to Mrs. Simon for getting me through my weeks and months of pure stress 💕 I highly recommend her to everyone! BUT WHEN IT COMES TO MRS. IRMA 😡 SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! SHE DOES NOT HELP ME AT ALL, I ALMOST DIED A MONTH AGO WHEN SHE INCREASED MY INSULIN AND PUT ME ON 4 DIFFERENT MEDICATIONS!!!! AND NOW ALL OF A SUDDEN THAT BALD HEADED FLEE RAT CANCELED 2 OF MY APPOINTMENTS THAT I HAD WITH HER!!! I WILL BE REQUESTING A NEW DOCTOR TOMORROW!!! MRS. IRMA LIKES TO LIE AND GO ON SPECIAL TRIPS AND VACATIONS!!! YES!!!! YOU WILL BE EXPOSED TODAY!!!! I WILL BE MAKING SURE THAT YOU DONT GET ALL THAT HORSE HAIR DONE FROM THE SHOP NO MORE TO GO ON YOUR SPECIAL VACATION DATES!!!! AND I HOPE THAT YOUR READING THIS TOO MRS. I have been DIAGNOSED IN JUNE WITH TWO PARASITE INFECTIONS AND THEY STILL HAVENT DONE ANYTHING. IN FACT SHE PUT IN NY CHART THAT IM IN DENIAL.
