Always slow service no matter what time or day you go.

I’m not sure if this Starbucks is just 10x busier than any other Starbucks, but every single time I come to this location I am stuck in the drive thru line for minimum of 25 minutes. If you want to grab a quick coffee on the way out, this isn’t the one to go to. Everyone in there is super sweet and friendly, but the wait times are EXCRUCIATINGLY long every time I swing by this location. Not complaining necessarily, just giving fair warning that if you’ve got places to be, this is NOT the Starbucks to stop at.

This location is always busy. I recommend ordering from the app in advance. The parking lot is terrible and can be challenging when busy. Could use a re-vamp. Service is friendly and welcoming at the drive through and lobby.

They take their time making the coffee sometimes but it's not bad overall, I like the atmosphere there it's not too bad. I recommend getting cheese danishs tho they are fire!

Nice baristas, bad drinks. The baristas were polite and courteous, however, the drink was off. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, and the caramel was all stuck to the bottom. I'm used to other coffee shops where they mix the caramel with the espresso, then pour the shot on top. So, I was caught off guard by how much caramel was all on the bottom. It didn't taste right to me either. The workers seemed like they were trying their best. This seems to be a Starbucks issue, not a worker issue. Also, I found that the location of this Starbucks looked aesthetically unpleasant. I'm not sure why corporate decided to open a Starbucks right across from a busy street and in a somewhat "ghetto" area. I hope that corporate fixes the shoddy recipes and makes the outside area look more pleasant. Again, the baristas did their best. This is definitely a Starbucks issue.

I waited 45 minutes for my drink. People got there after me got their drink and left..I still waited. I asked, and they said it's coming.. I will not be going back to this place

The drive thru time whenever I come here is always a super long wait even though there’s not many cars in front of me…. The one on Hammer Lane that’s connected to the bank is a lot faster for drive thru… other than that, the staff is very nice from all the times I’ve been here.

They deserve a raise. <3 I saw a young lady get cranky because she hadn't gotten her drink after the 4 minutes she had ordered it. Pretty sure it was hard to miss the sight of the LONG line in drive thru, and you know what that means-- lots of drinks that came before you (: anyways, my drink was great, appreciated the extra caramel <3 ciao
