I’ve had a great experience so far with image dental. Also everyone at image dental is nice and friendly and professional. I recently had a root canal done on my upper molar area today. And doctor Chan, has did an amazing job. I mean when she numbed me I can say that I didn't feel anything. I highly recommend this office to anyone that needs dental care.

At image dental they are always friendly and helpful in keeping your smile at its best . They keep you well informed of your appointments by texts, which in This day and age helps to keep you organized. The hygienists are friendly with gentle hands . The dentist is friendly and answers any questions you may have . The office is bright and clean and they even have a arcade game for the kids to play . Lisa the office manager is very friendly and helpful in keeping you informed about the care they provide your smile .

You're able to make a schedule appointment when you have availability they will work with your time to be sure you get the help you need. Let me first say, I hate going to the dentist. I have left in the middle of appointments before because of my dental anxiety so when I decided to get my cosmetic dentistry done, I didn't know how well I would handle it and did a lot of research before going to Image Dental. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the front desk staff. They were kind and encouraging and knew I was a super nervous person. The office manager, Lisa, was so patient with me and answered every single question I had in a timely fashion. On the day of my final appointment to get my new teeth, I was struggling and just wanted to be done and Dr. Nozaki was so kind and reassuring. I am so happy I went there and am loving my new smile!

Firstly, I want to say that the staff that was assisting me wasn't the issue. Today may have been out of their control as they had a power outage and I will recognize that, however it was a very bad first impression. I booked this appointment in advance and took time off of work. Whoever input my information during my initial phone inquiry put in the wrong phone number (double covered and put in the secondary number), so I never received any of the alerts/calls. Additionally, the next available appointment to slot me in was 19 days out. Unfortunately, I have a tooth ache that is elevating in pain and so 19 day's out is not what my pain tolerance is OK with. I was bringing an entire family of 4 with me which would have been an easy 12K+. I understand the unfortunate result of the power outage not being within your control, but I know when my patients have to reschedule due to circumstances out of our control I make sure to get them in between slots at an earlier timeframe for the inconvenience and offer multitudes of options. This may be a great dental office, but it was a very bad first impression. Sad as my family comes here and referred me due to their great experiences.

Dr Nosaki has been my dentist for nine years. He has been on the leading edge of new dental procedures such as crown replacement in the same day -- no more temporary crowns and taking o mold of your mouth! The diagnosis of dental issues and the full range of treatmentsr, resolution is accurate including up front costs. In addition, his staff is excellent including dental hygienists, schedulers, insurance and billings.

Image Dental always makes me feel comfortable and safe while receiving dental care. I get overwhelmed with bright lights at times and they accommodate me by providing dark sunglasses as I receive dental treatment. Image Dental listens to my concerns and addresses them thoroughly. They maintain clear communication regarding my treatment plan and provide text message and email reminders for upcoming appointments. They are also very flexible with scheduling appointments. I am highly satisfied with the care they have provided me with and would greatly recommend them to anyone.

Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. Right when you walk in Yolanda always makes you feel welcomed. Robin and Stefani in the back made sure I was comfortable when they did my cleaning (had two, one was for zoom whitening). Office is nice and clean, highly recommend this office.
