Steer
clear
of
this
place,
I
had
two
teeth
extracted
along
with
bone
graft
procedure
with
the
intention
of
placing
implants
on
both
teeth.
Everything
is
covered
by
my
insurance
as
long
as
the
dental
office
provides
a
narrative
for
my
intention
of
placing
implants,
otherwise
my
insurance
will
not
cover
the
bone
graft
as
it’s
deemed
unnecessary.
The
billing
department
calls
me
twice
a
week
to
ask
for
payment
which
is
over
$3000,
I
keep
explaining
to
them
that
my
insurance
is
waiting
on
a
response
from
the
dental
office
and
the
insurance
will
pay
the
claim.
The
billing
dept
tells
me
to
contact
the
dental
office
directly
and
speak
with
manager
Angelica,
every
time
I
call
she
refuses
to
take
phone
and
the
other
receptionist
says
she’s
not
in,
or
on
vacation.
This
has
been
going
on
for
2
months
and
claim
is
still
unresolved,
I
have
cancelled
my
future
appointments
and
will
go
to
a
different
dentist.
Angelica
is
very
unprofessional,
sadly
a
very
bad
experience
from
the
office
staff
although
the
doctor
himself
was
great.
Also
when
you
ask
for
a
corporate
phone
number
the
receptionists
gave
a
fake
phone
number,
I
had
to
do
some
research
on
my
own
to
find
the
correct
number
which
I
will
be
calling
tomorrow.
I
cannot
justify
paying
$3000
for
a
Procedure
that
is
covered
by
my
insurance,
my
only
guess
why
Angelica
is
doing
this
is
the
insurance
negotiates
a
far
lower
price
vs
the
patient
paying
will
be
charged
full
price.
I
found
out
this
helps
them
with
their
quotas,
I’m
sure
I’m
not
the
only
they
did
this
to…I
am
a
Teamster
union
member
with
very
solid
insurance
I’ve
never
experienced
this
anywhere
else
before.
