Scammers! They will "recommend" work that is not needed. They said I had 10 teeth decayed. My previous dentist that retired never said anything about decayed teeth. Guess the dentist at Bright Now! needs to pay off that Maserati sitting in the parking lot. Steer clear of franchise dentistry. Go to a local or small office.

Terrible service! I was told I needed an extraction. The Dentist told me that he would do. When I arrived the front dest staff had me entered as a new patient. Then the Dentist, Dr. Etamadi told me that he couldn’t. I was told by Janice that there were no appointments for the entire month. Now I’m on my 4th round of Antibiotics. This place needs to close its doors!

Took my kids here a few months ago, and they were called in on time, which was rare to see for a dental office. Everything went smooth and timely. I decided to switch dental office and was scheduled the first appointment of the day. Was greeted by the receptionist. Very friendly staff and Dentist. Offered coffee while I was waiting to be called in. Receptionist was helpful in showing me how to use a Keurig machine. Lol..I was called in 15 minutes later to take x-rays and the dentist came to examine within a few minutes. Regular cleaning was done only because dentist said i did a good job cleaning my teeth and gums. I was offered flouride to help protect the teeth from cavities, $24, since my insurance only covered to age 19. Overall, the staff were friendly, office was clean and time management is good.

Personnel pleasant and thorough. DDS considerate and accommodating although a little rough. Assistant rough. Kept pressing suction tube against my lip to my teeth even after she was told.

DO NOT GET YOUR DENTAL WORK DONE AT BRIGHT NOW DENTAL. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. I started my treatment for braces 2 1/2 ago, because I was told by the orthodontist that my treatment would be 2 years, but now it’s almost 3 years down the line, I still have my braces on and nothing has changed I have seen no progress what’s so ever, and now since I’ve paid off my 2 year treatment they now are demanding me to pay each and every visit I go because they extended my treatment 6 months more. And now they’re saying I haven’t paid them for 2 months, but when they called me they only mentioned one month which was September which I was only aware of also, when I got to the office they told me I had to pay for 2 months and if I don’t pay for it they will not give service until I pay that money, also mind u I wasn’t aware of I was only aware of 1 month, also I had to drive 1 hour 30 minutes each time I go there since I moved, so I basically had to drive there and back without treatment. Also back in February a hygienist recommended I get done a deep cleaning, so I got it done then fast forward October 15 I got a phone call from the dead collector agency stating that my insurance did not pay for my deep cleaning , then when I called my insurance they said that they requested more information from bright now dental, they failed to provide the information my insurance asked, for so then my insurance declined the claim because they couldn’t provide evidence, now I’m being demanding to pay money. I don’t recommend anyone to go to bright now dental ever! the receptionist are also very rude and unprofessional too.

Steer clear of this place, I had two teeth extracted along with bone graft procedure with the intention of placing implants on both teeth. Everything is covered by my insurance as long as the dental office provides a narrative for my intention of placing implants, otherwise my insurance will not cover the bone graft as it’s deemed unnecessary. The billing department calls me twice a week to ask for payment which is over $3000, I keep explaining to them that my insurance is waiting on a response from the dental office and the insurance will pay the claim. The billing dept tells me to contact the dental office directly and speak with manager Angelica, every time I call she refuses to take phone and the other receptionist says she’s not in, or on vacation. This has been going on for 2 months and claim is still unresolved, I have cancelled my future appointments and will go to a different dentist. Angelica is very unprofessional, sadly a very bad experience from the office staff although the doctor himself was great. Also when you ask for a corporate phone number the receptionists gave a fake phone number, I had to do some research on my own to find the correct number which I will be calling tomorrow. I cannot justify paying $3000 for a Procedure that is covered by my insurance, my only guess why Angelica is doing this is the insurance negotiates a far lower price vs the patient paying will be charged full price. I found out this helps them with their quotas, I’m sure I’m not the only they did this to…I am a Teamster union member with very solid insurance I’ve never experienced this anywhere else before.

I had the absolute worst experience, first there’s an Indian doctor there and he’s money seeking by saying everything under the sun is wrong with your teeth and I’m use to the female hygienist, I don’t know if she’s still there or not but I got a guy yesterday and he was HORRIBLE!!! He was super rough, had my face full of water, I had to stop to take a breather and he says “what’s wrong your sensitive?” I said NO I’m just not use to water all over my face like that and he had the nerve to say “That’s what’s happens when you do a good job” where the heck do they get these people?!?! I definitely won’t be returning to that dental office EVER!!!

This office was very pushy about the crowns the recommended for me. I insisted all I wanted was a good "build-up" as recommended when I got a 2 separate professional opinions. I even got a recommendation for the cavity they said I had and it was a fresh if not recent cavity. It did not need any attention as of yet, I had to outsource to complete my root canal and went back to.my old dentist. This place ultimately cost me more time and money than i originally wanted to commit too. In all, I would have spent over 2k and came out spending only 1100 after outsourcing.
