Good quality products at a good price. However, the waiting time in the queue to the cash register is usually long. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to make quick, small purchases for a long time. Sometimes this is due to one cash register being opened despite the queue and customer requests. Sometimes it seems that the employees are tired and it looks as if they were participating in a backwards race to see which one would be slower.

The store is well-equipped, the staff is nice and helpful. The manager is ok with the customers, but she speaks very unpleasantly to her staff

There is always a large selection of fresh meats here. In addition, delicious cakes. All basic food products. Small selection of vegetables and fruits.

The service is nice, but the store is relatively small and the parking lot is even smaller, there is no space at all when there is a delivery

The stock is good, but the shelves are narrow. You also have to wait in line before other cash registers open. Nice service.

Large selection of products, acceptable prices. Long queues, slow and moody service (of course there are exceptions). Kindness to customers varies.

I highly recommend it. Great service.

A small town, as I visit it from time to time, almost every time I visit the local Topaz. I always leave satisfied. Nice service, wide selection of goods. I also use Topaz often in my city. It's nice because the range and its availability do not differ from the level of supply in Warsaw. I like this. The only bottleneck is the cash register. There are too few of them for the number of buyers. Even if you do your shopping efficiently and quickly, you will often spend two or three times more time in the checkout line than when shopping. Something could be done about it... Self-service checkouts??? Despite this, I will not stop visiting the TOPAZ network!👍
