Dr Mo was fantastic, considering I'm not a fan of doctors, this doctor made me feel comfortable and confident talking about all my aches and pains. He was spot on with all my ailments, can't wait and see what he can do for me.

I have been more than 5 years with severe lower back and SI joint pain, visited more than 11 specialists all over the world, looking for a miracle. None of them could find the cause of the issue and everyone said that I was perfectly fine and I just had some inflammation. Even though I tried to explain my symptoms, they did not listen to me. But the miracle arrived as soon as I stepped into Dr Burcu's clinic. She listened to every single word I had to say, studied my case and gave me a detailed explanation about my issue at the first appointment. I started the treatment that day and received 12 sessions later (because I could not stay longer in Stoke-on-Trent). She provided me with rehab exercises, explaining each one in detail. Luckily, I made the right decision and cancelled the second appointment because then I found Dr Burcu's clinic. At this moment, I'm doing my daily exercises and, although I still have a way to go to a complete recovery, I can see some light at the end of the tunnel. Now, I believe that the miracle is possible. Dr Burcu Cetinkaya is a miracle worker. The start of the year 2022 I thought I'd never get any better, I would always be in debilitating pain and I was always tired and angry because of it . Anyone with any sort of nerve impingement or injury would understand this. I've spent God knows how much money on other treatments and always the pain remained. There was no more quick fixes for my back. The bespoke treatment plan has really helped and revived my life. As well as the treatment the level of customer service you receive is above and beyond. All the team are amazing , kind and wonderful people to have had the pleasure to meet. In summary: Really helpful friendly team who all excel at their jobs! Definitely highly recommend!

After injuring my back at work I was in a world of pain I had a week on painkillers which eventually stopped helping so I contacted the practice. On my first visit Dr Burca diagnosed and explained my problem in detail very quickly, She gave me treatment, which is still ongoing, and constantly giving me exercises to assist with the adjustments, if your form is wrong she shows you how to correct it. Having suffered an injury to my back I was recommended Newcastle Chiropractic Clinic by a friend. I was given a full posture assessment and a plan of how to rebuild my lower back from my injury, the whole team were fantastic throughout and I now continue once a month to keep the good work going. I am now back playing football twice and week and back in the gym being able to deadlift completely pain free. Excellent service from a friendly team. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
