You could spend a fortune in dunelm if your not careful , you can pick everything you want for your home furnishings , good size carpark just be careful pulling onto the busy Victoria road

Everything I had seen online and I wanted to buy was in stock. Staff helpful too. Cafe was busy but quick service. A lovely bacon butty and a cuppa. Easy parking.

Fabulous customer service here. All questions answered with a smile and actual help. All items from kitchenware, bedroom items, rugs, curtains, cushions, pictures that we've purchased since April have been of good quality delivery exactly as stated. Excellent

We don't visit very often but usually go for gift cards for family/friends who've asked for them. It's a pain in the rear end for us to visit but we get there & can't buy gift cards because their till system is having a mental breakdown. We had issues last year too & can't buy gift cards online. Annoying. Folks are getting cash from now on.

Customer service is appalling. Only one person on the tills with a queue of people waiting to pay while other staff waltz around looking busy. When we asked why no one else was serving was told no one else was trained on tills and was rudely told that we should apply for a job if we could do better!!! look at upskilling staff and a refresh on CS.... Dunelm!!!!

Some great deals to be had and the quality of the products is fantastic. We had a replacement light fitting as well as some bed sheets, all have been fantastic. The staff within the store were very helpful.

I would like to give a big thank you to the "can I help you staff" at Wolstanton store today when we called to try to get some extra rolls of wallpaper . They went out of their way to help and called up your Fenton store to see if they had anymore. We then went over to Fenton store where Naseen (?) again was so very helpful and ordered the wallpaper we wanted on-line. You have very good staff.

Great products, but very difficult to find things, everything is spread over the shop, very difficult to navigate, was looking for a clothes airer advertised online for £12. Couldn't find it anywhere, so took the £15 one to the till, asked about the £12one to be told that this is it its been reduced, but nowhere was this reduced price advertised, poor marketing, shame as they have some great stuff, but seriously needs an overhaul..

Situated on Victoria Road in Stoke-on-Trent, this Dunelm Mill a conveniently located. There is lots of car parking spaces available. We popped in on a Tuesday afternoon and it wasn't at all busy. We picked up a few kitchen items and also some yarn from the haberdashery area. An excellent store with a wide range of products.
