Great little public house. Haven't been for a few months but went last Thursday night with friends and made feel so welcome. Nice and friendly staff and locals. Good beers at reasonable prices.

Fantastic pub. When it's busy and has the buzz it's hard to beat. Always feel welcome by Andi and Nikki who are brilliant. The free Juke Box is how it should be.

Got a free drink the first time we went in. Made to feel very welcome every time we have come here. Came the other day to a 'doggy party'. One of the customers dogs 10th birthday. Several dogs here all friends. Had a full spread on and cakes. Round of drinks for the parents. Lovely place.

Traditional Pub, went in Sunday Lunchtime and they had entertainment on, outside seating area lush games room even what looked like bar skittles!!!

Ist time I've been in for a while. Busy due to a birthday party saw some old friends. Service at the bar was parity quick, the draught Bass was a decent pint. All in all not bad.

A favourite for years. Cosy pub and we enjoyed the acoustic night with Grant Matthews. Good beer, great performers.

Always a warm welcome at this pub, be it staff, regulars or the friends I meet up with every once in a while. It's a warm and inviting, friendly place which has never failed to live up to my expectations of what a local pub should be. It's not very often that I get to visit Penkhull, or even North Staffordshire these days...the Beehive is the one place I strive to call in at though.

Very nice pub, friendly bar staff nice atmosphere. However if you are hoping to sing on karaoke don't bother it's the same people who get called up throughout the night. Seems the DJ has favourites

Great range of beers. Proper village pub nice and cosy in the winter with friendly staff. If you're unsure of what beer to have they will always offer you a taster. Visited with friends at the weekend and I will definitely be going back again soon.
