My visit was with my daughter and we booked Afternoon Tea Experience, which included, a factory tour, free access to the museum. It was a great package and the Museum is a real eye opener about the history of Josiah Wedgwood and how important it all was to Stoke on Trent and Staffordshire. The Afternoon tea was very very nice and set out in the lovely tea room. I will definitely go again. :-) Oh and they have the factory outlet too, worth a peak, for a bargain. I definitely recommend you check out their website and go for a visit.

WOW! What a fantastic time, the displays are amazing and loads of information to help you understand how the process evolved and how life influences changed considerably over time. The skills that started earlier are still evident even now. Well worth the time.

We held my beautiful daughter in laws baby shower here! It was absolutely wonderful! Lovely afternoon. They gave us the ‘snug’ to ourselves which was perfect. Couldn’t recommend highly enough! Excellent service which made us feel really special.

Had an excellent tour of the factory and found the V&A Wedgwood Collection very interesting. The café service sadly was extremely slow and though the food was delicious the choice was quite limited. Lots of outside picnic tables and a catering food pod but that was closed. Toilets very clean and good disabled toilets. Lots of free parking. Recommend take a picnic.

This is an incredible experience! The building is beautiful, the reception was pleasant, the museum and factory tour is absolutely fantastic, and flagship store is brilliant. The tea shop and restaurants are delightful, fairly priced, and the staff were so happy to be there for you. I can't recommend this entire experience enough. I loved it.

👍👍 The scenery is stunning, and the café is nice, they have home baking done daily, amazing coffee, and lovely service. But then the visit to the Westport lake café is worth it just for the view alone.
