Really great night! Lovely clean premises, actually quite snazzy compared to others we’ve been too, great track (layout/slick, however bit tricky for some beginners on the track), Friendly guys looking after the place! Would come again if down this way!

Called in Burslem teamsport with my 1 year old just to go in the viewing area for 15 mins to watch a race I was in and out the car park in half an hour received a £60 fine a week later as I never put my Registration in the tablet you use when racing. Tried to ring twice and appeal no one was interested absolutely disgusted. Myself and older son were members a couple of time's in the past aswell. I certainly won't be visiting anymore. Signs and warnings are not great on the carpark so just beware.

Great facilities, helpful & friendly staff, first visit and was amazing, fabulous safety precautions, well equipped. Bottom floor had poor grip however I'll get used to it after a few visits. Lots of money-saving opportunities with membership and various deals. Shoutout to John behind the bar for making the experience extra special. Will definitely return and would recommend this track to others. First time using electric karts and they were fast, responsive and fun to drive.

The whole experience was simply amazing, from the moment we were checking in to the moment we left, the track and karts are and were great and it was quite different to not have a noisy petrol engine behind but a very good experience, the team were all great and inviting! Thank you, just struggled seeing the coloured lights as colour blind!

Track 16/35. The second to last track I can comfortably travel to and from in an evening with a 210 mile round trip. (Manchester Trafford next) Stoke may be a divisive location already, being electric, but the extreme lack of grip on the lower level means you can throw all practice at other tracks out of the window. I've done electric before at Manchester Victoria but the grip was pretty average at that track, Stoke is insane for lack of grip. The amount of torque the electric karts have, the moment you touch the accelerator the rear wheels are spinning. I actually booked a 50 lap race a couple of weeks earlier but it was cancelled as I was the only one booked on it so here I am on a 342 instead. The price with membership was just £21.45 which for 45 minutes karting is insane, I don't understand how the discounts work but some of the locations are cheaper than others as the website has 10 and 20% discounts on top of the 25% elite membership discount. This was a great session, 4 others on track (2 couples) all had been before so the etiquette on track was great, I probably accidentally nudged more people than came anywhere near me. I think the electric karts differ much less in performance than petrol karts, I saw a steady improvement on each session which is what I'd expect to see, when swapping karts at petrol locations I feel like improvements are gained and sometimes lost completely based on the performance of the kart you get. Session 1 fastest lap 38.130s (3rd) Session 2 fastest lap 37.547s (3rd) Session 3 fastest lap 36.725s (1st) TeamSport Stoke isn't a location I'll be rushing back to, the layout is great but the lack of grip on the lower floor is just diabolical and I bet on full public sessions there are just constant pileups, the session before mine there was a lot of yellow and red flags and I was watching many people sliding straight into the barriers. I love the electric karts, I know a lot of people will take some persuading, at the end of the day you can embrace the future or not but it's coming and there'll be a day that all the TeamSport locations are electric! I'm touring all the TeamSport locations, please check out my Karting playlist on YouTube.

Was lucky enough to have the entire track with just my friends and it's great fun once you figure out the steering / when to break on corners. The go karts were also electric, so the racing track didn't smell awful and the karts made little noise. Definitely a fun experience and would recommend to try it out.

I’m gonna be honest, pretty terrible. Some other people there kept ramming into the side of others, one of them spun me out then the other one went full speed into the side of the cart. This left me in the middle of the track with everyone else bumping into me. My kart kept cutting out, I told a Marshall and their words were ‘don’t worry keep going’. Again this left me in the middle of the track standard. No one did anything about the people hitting into everyone else and they did nothing about my kart that was faulty. The track is also to slippy aswell

Staff are friendly, drinks reasonably priced, and it's good general fun. There is a spectators panel you can watch from if a member of your group is unable to use the electric karts due to medical reasons. Also, in the bar/rest area, you can see on a tv the lap times and what place they are in. Which brings me to another thing, the bar area has a nice setting with hanging bulbs and brick wall bar they have the layout just right with comfortable sitting. However, in the winter its pretty cold in there I would bring something warm just incase. Thought the karts are a tight fit for anyone who's got a big build thats another thing for anyone to consider even with the adjustable seating and pedals being far back on the karts, as my friend who is the above described, states how uncomfortable but apart from that you'll be fine and recommend going.

Car park situation is a joke. Drove onto the car park late at night after work to make a quick phone call. 10 minutes later drove off unbeknown to me I would receive a parking ticket. No visible signs, no barriers. Absolute joke

Fairly easy to get to, and the staff were very polite too. The clothes they give you however aren't the best in terms of how much they smell. If you have some of your own go karting clothes, gloves, balaclava etc.. I'd bring them

The staff were hugely friendly and helpful, from the front desk welcome, to helping to fit our helmets properly, get settled into the karts, and offering a deal to come again before we left. There was a delay to our race times which wasn’t ideal, as we were waiting in the bar area for a while after our session was due to start, but once we got into it everything was great.

Paid for gp upgrade (previously we got three race final being a race) this time after our first race we were informed we only had one race left and the rules had changed. Thanks for not informing us… bit of a scam really and our group won’t be returning.

Definitely different from usual petrol karts, cannot rate 5 stars, only due the flag lady on upper level had attitude issues, all other staff were amazing but she came across as a bit grumpy and rude. Not with me but with other young drivers, maybe she had a bad day but that can’t justify. Other than that it was great fun and we will return definitely.

Funnest thing to do in Stoke! Amazing track, prices and the staff are absolutely incredible. Special thanks to Courtney, John and especially Ruby who made mine and my friends experience the best it could have possibly been ^-^

Excellent facility for karting. The track is tight and quite technical in places, this makes overtaking difficult sometimes, but very rewarding when you pull a good move off. The difference in surface on the top and bottom floors also adds to the challenge. It's a nice change using electric karts, the feel is different and obviously you don't have the usual smell. The staff are very friendly, know their stuff and are always happy to help. I will definitely continue coming to the track, it's always good fun.

Came here with our 2 boys for the go karting experience, had a great time from start to end. We found the team of staff to be very welcoming and positive about the whole experience. John was very pleasant and very helpful with us and our children.

Absolutely fantastic time and would highly recommend to anyone who fancies a fun day out. Helpful staff and great modern kit along with a great atmosphere gives for a great time. Doesn't matter if you're a seasoned pro or a first timer definitely give this place a visit 👍

Lovely staff Josh was very talkative and a great laugh, Ian the manager on shift was great set us all up very quickly and again was a a good laugh. John made some brilliant pizzas. Track is very entertaining and both the staff and services made for a great experience I can’t wait to come back again!

Fantastic karting experience for the whole family! The quality of the karts and the track is excellent! Electric karts are so much cleaner and quieter than petrol karts. Staff are friendly, efficient and hold safety as a top priority. The bar has a great range of food and drink. The venue is fully accessible for wheelchairs apart from the upstairs viewing area. There is also an accessible (and clean) toilet. While the place is generally clean and modern, I wasn't overly fond of the stench of urine in the men's changing room (due to the men's toilets being in the same room). I think they need better ventilation, change the carpeted floor to something more hygienic, and have a smell-blocking door. Regardless of the complaint above, it's well worth a visit!

Great place. We'll organised and quickly onto the track. We went as 2 adults, 2 children and all had a great time. We booked our next visit before leaving. Definitely worth a visit. Nook online for 20% discount

Amazing place. The facilities are top quality. The karts are kept to amazing quality. Not had a bad kart from them from all my visits. And the staff are friendly and try there best to make the experience the best it can be.

It's great fun. My son, who is 9, thoroughly enjoyed it. He'd not been carting before but found it easy enough after the briefing and instructions. We'll definitely be back.

Really enjoyable time. We've been many times and it's always been good. Staff are great and very friendly. The track was very slippery so very challenging and tricky but fun. A few youngsters in our group were a little bit kamikaze and caused a lot of red and yellow flags, which wasn't great. But overall very enjoyable.
