Even though we got a room different than we ordered, the staff here really go above and beyond to making sure you feel welcome and taken care off here. Extra highlights of the room were the nice bathroom and the larger than expected TV.

Room was clean and comfy with friendly reception staff. Overall the stay was good for 2 nights. Decent quality meals from the Brewster bar joined to it Only issue was housekeeping only gave 1 set of towels for 2 of us. Was fairly quiet and got a decent sleep.

Normally Premier Inns are so far out of town it's a pain to get anywhere, but this is actually quite close to the centre of Hanley. In addition its right by several restaurants that are thriving and busy, not even counting the Premier Inn Restaurant. It is busier here than in the centre of the town! The rooms are great - warm, cosy and thick duvets. You can't hear any noise from the busy roads outside. The only suggestion I would make for visitors is bring your own shampoo/conditioner, as Premier Inn only supplies a shower gel/shampoo 2-in-1 thing which honestly is OK as a shower gel and smells nice but honestly would not use it on my hair.

Good hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff and great location. The pull out bed had ripped sheets in though and the spare pillows hadn't been replaced and sealed. Only 1 spare pillow 6no sealed. Didn't complain as reception was really busy and it didn't really affect us. Just a bit odd. Breakfast next door is complete chaos due to the utterly crazy layout so take a deep breath but food good.

Great location and friendly staff if you saw them because the reception desk was mostly unmanned. The room was comfy enough, but you can't open a window so no fresh air, which wasn't great - the only real negative for me. Breakfast was great. Handy for the town centre.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been a handy place to stay when in the area. On our last few stays we have noticed several things that could be improved upon such as a lack of care in the rooms regarding maintenance - some things are beginning to look tatty and worn (I understand general wear and tear happens but when you’ve got carpet that doesn’t fit the room it’s a bit noticeable) also when we arrived at reception to check in there was a sign stating to ‘ring the bell’ for assistance, I couldn’t find a bell so I waited for the staff to finish doing whatever they were doing outside then once checked in I made my way to my room and my key card did not work. Little things but they do make a difference. Staff have always been friendly just hard to locate, rooms looking a bit tatty and the air con really needs to work properly considering there’s no window to open.

Fairly standard PI establishment, where we took an accessible room. Good points, room was well appointed, very good bathroom / wet room, good breakfast, ready on time, cheerful staff. Not so good points, awkward to find using street name in sat nav, broken leg on easy chair in the room (potentially dangerous, as it would have tipped over if sat on), cold plates at breakfast (a pet hate), bed not very comfortable-seemed like a different mattress to those in normal rooms. Overall, we would stay here again.

Best Premier Inn we've stayed in so far. Excellent service, lots of parking and the rooms itself was a really good size for two adults and two kids. Located in Hanley, easy access to the retail park and a Tesco close by.

Brilliant location. We arrived to no towels and missing coffee. Hoped to get some coffee for the machine at some point . No one was ever at reception but the bed was obviously amazing.

One night stop over. Quickly provided with key card and details of our room by a very efficient and helpful lady. The room was spotless with coffee machine , iron and hair drier provided. Very comfortable bed with extra pillows . The air con was very noisy and the wifi not working. The adjoining Brewers Fayre is a very busy place, pre booking is a good idea. There is lots of free parking for residents. Children are very welcome in both venues. The complex is easy to find , 10 minutes walk into the town center, with lots of shops and eateries, 2 casinos in the immediate vicinity. Lifts are provided to the upper floors of both accommodation blocks.

Love the Premier Plus rooms. Great after a hard days work and as a mobile office. The staff are very good.

Stayed in a Premier Plus room for 5 nights, bathroom extractor fan didn't work leaving the whole room rather damp, especially as windows don't open nor have air vents. Significant condensation on the inside of the window causing black mould on the window and on the bathroom roof. Hotels are definitely going down in terms of room quality and cleanliness. However, restaurant was nice enough and food was decent quality. Worth popping in for a meal and staying elsewhere.

Reception staff were excellent. Housekeeping failed miserably. On checking in, I was asked if I would like room cleaned the next day. I declined but requested clean towels to be provided. On my return, no clean towels were provided. The next day, I requested room to be cleaned. This did not happen. So again, no clean towels were available in the room. I had to get more from reception. Who were very happy to provide. I'm a bit disappointed that having been asked, there was failure to deliver. Otherwise a very good experience with decent sized room and good quality bed and facilities. Local supermarkets are also very handy and an excellent restaurant at premises.

Stayed for few days for work. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Hazel and Alex from reception team were very helpful. All reception team members are friendly and welcoming. Not happy with breakfast services. Asked for well cooked omelette, was refused saying only poached egg can be made. Agreed and asked for well cooked pouched egg & was served half cooked one.

Stayed in a superior room this time, which meant we had a fridge in our room air conditioning, an iron and ironing board and access to superfast broadband, well worth the extra cost. Always stay in Premier Inns now as the standard of rooms is always the same whichever one you stay in. Comfortable and pillows give a good night's sleep which is so important. A definite thumbs up.

Lovely hotel, lovely location, restroom is a bit of a hassle to find as there are absolutely no signs to direct guests to restrooms, especially if you’re completely new to the place (which is most people really).

Great place to stay. The only problem is finding the carpark entrance. Signage and lighting would help.

We stayed here for 1 night whilst visiting Alton Towers. The room was clean enough, with the exception of a couple of stray hairs and stains in and around the bathroom. The location was a bit out of the way, but it turned out to be nice and quiet at night. The receptionist/staff were really nice and friendly and it was 5 stars all-round from me for that. The room had air conditioning, which was a welcomed feature after such a warm day travelling from Glasgow to Alton Towers. If I ever visit Alton Towers again, which seems unlikely, I would happily stay at this Premier Inn. The Brewers Fayre attached to the Premier Inn was also nice. The choice of food was ok, but limited. The quality of the food we had was really good. My only complaint on that one would be there were no Covid rules in place at all, as we were all sitting close and they had a buffet morning breakfast.

A great hotel right in the heart of Stoke on Trent. The rooms are clean and well appointed, with tea and coffee and a kettle, available and out for us. Staff were polite and helpful, and have helped us out several times in the times we've stayed here. There's plenty to do in the local area, kids activities, restaurants and shopping all within a stone's throw. Security is good with keycard access to your rooms and building. Pricing is reasonable and fair for the space and service provided. My only quibble is that you have to collect extra tea and coffee packs from reception, as only a minimum amount is left. But that's not a big deal.

Room sufficiently clean and spacious. Air con very noisy and doesn't stay on through the night, as you can't open the windows it makes for an uncomfortable night's sleep. Lots of noise surrounding rooms also. Parking is a nightmare if you are disabled as is used by the staff/non blue badge for the whole day despite there being lots of other spaces. Location good as lots of shops/eateries around. Attatched Brewers fayre wasn't very good, long waits for food and lots of items missing from plates. Would still probably return.

Clean and tidy but annoying to be told on arrival we had only booked for one person - although it makes no difference - and we had the Internet confirmation for 2. Also the air con control seemed not working as it was freezing cold or off, warmer temperature setting still blew cold. Note for future guests - check reviews if you were thinking of going to the TGI Friday next door.

We've stayed in Premier inns in nearby Trentham and Newcastle and this is the better one.trentham is in best location but GLASS door in bathroom!! And tiny restaurant which was manic at breakfast and the Newcastle Premier restaurant staff are awful and rude. Here we had a Premier plus room Only room available it was really nice better layout and little extras the restaurant bigger and more able to cope and self serving breakfast which is still one of the best in any hotel

The Premier Plus room was very comfortable and the ac ommodation good. However, the Brewers Farye was very disappointing. Many items weren't available, service was poor and the environment very noisy. The TGI Fridays opposite might be a better bet for dinner.

Lovely staff, very welcoming. Easy to find and is in a great location, have some shops across the road. We had breakfast and dinner in the beefeater which was nice. Comfortable beds, house keeping staff are polite and helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Spacious and clean rooms, friendly helpful staff and delicious breakfast. Beds are so comfy too.

WiFi is a straight up joke and worthy on its own of a poor review. The free WiFi is practically unusable and unfit for purpose. YouTube videos won't play without constant buffering, Netflix is unwatchable. Even just browsing social media and websites takes far too long for things to load. It's infuriating. Premier want you to pay £5 for the "Real WiFi" but cmon guys it's 2022. Basically every other hotel and hotel chain offer free, fast and full WiFi for everybody.

Good parking and can accommodate lots of cars. Easy to locate and in a good location. they accommodated us for an early check in despite us coming in early. very clean and cozy place, they even sprayed some stuff to make the corridor smell nice. rooms are just the right size, all needed amenities are there and not the ones that are worn out. 2 adults and 2 kids, they even placed an extra bed for us.they have extra pillows in the room already. Bathroom was spotless, heating is spot on. It even has an on site restaurant which serves good meals and priced decently. The reception was really clean and they couch in the lobby was clean and not worn out. When I'm back on stoke for a holiday, definitely going to stay there again

Excellent stay at this premier. Up graded to premier plus and so worth it quite area room is amazing, clean, well stocked with coffee machine and chocolate .. staff are friendly and helpful. Food is ok your usual chain restaurant. Plenty off eateries around if you fancy something different. Only 10 minute walk into town ..

Not bad hotel only issue was this was booked through work so wasn't told I didn't have any room cleaning so wasn't told I needed to ask for fresh towels or tell the reception to clean my room so used the same towel all week (bearing in mind I work in dust filled containers) I was head to tow dirty every day. Apart from the above nice hotel and friendly staff

Would've given 5 stars but for the failed technology - couldn't get key cards to work. Really helpful staff let us into the rooms, and brought up keys once they got the system to finally work

Absolutely awful stay this time and will seriously consider not returning in the future. Awful night sleep due to inconsiderate guests and staff did nothing to resolve despite reporting issue to them. Zero sleep = not a happy person

Not a bad little hotel, rooms were modern and clean, staff were friendly. Parking is very limited and usually a bit tricky to find a space depending on when you go. The images above on this showing the hotel from two different angles is very misleading, im not sure if these images were actually concept pictures before the hotel was built or what but thats not how it actually looks. Its actually slit into to smaller buildings that looks a little scruffy from the outside like a small block of flats. But the inside is clean and modern, so dont let the exterior put you off.

Stay in Premier Inns all the time, have to say it was a pleasure staying here, the Premier Inn staff were great. The lady sorting the breakfast in the morning was amazing, the place was well organised, no one waited, food was constantly topped up, tables cleared and reset straight after people left, some sites could do with taking a lesson or two from this lady

Fairly small, pokey, airless room as the windows do not open. Comfortable bed, clean room, decent bathroom, little storage space, no issues with any staff, didn't use the WiFi so can't comment on that. The hotel over all didn't feel as claustropobic as perhaps some premier inns. i.e (sometimes the ceilings are low, corridors narrow, little natural light and crammed restaurant and reception area, none of which were too bad in this hotel although there was only 1 reception desk). Ok for a night or two for a solo traveller or couple, but I certainly wouldn't fancy being stuck in a premier inn box for much longer than 2 nights and would imagine it would be torture with kids. The restaurant is brewers fayre which is attached to the hotel so no need to walk outside to get to it. Location was fine for us, only a short distance from Hanley town centre and across the road from a retail park.
