Absolutely amazing afternoon tea, we had two adult ones, two small children ones and a larger child's ones and all 5 of us took a doggy bag home. Everything was fresh, tasty, presented beautifully and the service is absolutely fantastic!! Everything was explained to us in detail around what we could/couldn't have and what the cakes and scones of the day were. I can completely understand the wait list for this place and I cannot wait to go again!! Thank you for a brilliant experience and being so sweet to the kids.

What a lovely gem The Rabbit Hole is. Our first experience here and is was such a pleasure; lovely friendly staff, clean, lovely decor and the food was amazing! Three types of afternoon tea one of which was a savoury option which is such a great idea. £25 a head is so reasonable too. The food was plentiful and freshly prepared and bloody delicious. We had to take doggy bags home there was so much. They even offered to make some finger sandwiches for my 11 month old grandson at no extra cost. Altogether a fab experience and I would definitely recommend here and will return. Thank you

Hands down best place in Stoke. Called in to kill time and ended up extending the parking! Terrific food, all home made or locally sourced, and incredible selection of tea from Gunpowder to Gin and Tonic flavour! Would go back again in a heartbeat. Many thanks to the chap that served us, brilliantly knowledgeable and really looked after us.

The place is fantastic and the staffs are very nice and helpful. Even though they are fully booked today, they act like a magician and give us a table for dining ❤️ Really appreciate their help!!!❤️ And the food of course is absolutely delicious. Hopefully I have a chance to travel Stoke-on-Trent and visit the cafe again.🥰

What an adorable place! I’ve been wanting to come here for the past 4 years and now I finally got a chance to take my mum with me too. Wrote down our dietary requirements and they have provided us with lactose free and vegan options and the staff made sure that the food did not have anything in it that my mum was allergic to. We were speechless and couldn’t take our eyes of the decor. Sadly we were sat somewhere where we couldn’t really see the place from but later we decided to walk around a bit and take cute pictures. The staff was lovely and helpful!

We’ve visited the rabbit hole many time and it never disappoints. The decor is out of this world as is the quality of the food. The portion sizes are enough for a doggy bag so be prepared. My favourite is the scone selection I think I could eat them everyday. Well done guys keep up the good work xx

I've had the best afternoon tea experience in this little gem. It's a lovely quirky place suitable for all ages. The service is excellent. The sandwiches and cakes are very fresh. If you are a bit adventures in trying new things like me , you will love their herbal teas which changes during the seasons.

We went here for a brunch meal and it was great! The staff were very friendly and the food was good. We got tea and toasties (as well as some cake to go) and the toasties were filling and very delicious. The cake we had was amazing (jammy dodger and salted caramel, I think). Will definitely come again, might try the afternoon tea next time (though it is a little pricey). Very good atmosphere and love the decorations.

Amazing afternoon tea at the very quirky 'The Rabbit Hole Tea Room'. Sandwiches are delish (bread super fresh, fillings are good quality), fruit scones yummy and the choc orange cake was to die for...even the top tier with the little brownies was lovely, didn't quite have enough room to fit the fairy cake in and short bread too but I have been able to bring them home..we had a pot if traditional tea and chocolate digestive tea...who knew 😍😘 Staff were all very helpful and service was excellent. There will definitely be a return visit.

Wow. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Fantastic staff - waitresses who were so attentive and nothing was too much to ask. The kitchen team even came to check on our satisfaction with the food that we loved! Very cosy and comfortable atmosphere. They put so much into the creations on the afternoon tea it tasted so delicious and I was so pleasantly surprised with all of the effort they put into every effort of the vegan afternoon tea. My mum dressed up as Jack Skellington and they had lots of lovely compliments for her. Just a fantastic place! Can’t wait to come back!

Visited for an afternoon tea with friends and this was above all expectations. The decorations in the tea room transported us straight to wonderland and then we were presented with the menu full of choices which I had not expected when I ordered afternoon tea. The biggest and best surprise was for the one in our group who is a vegan which I had noted when booking the table. Even she was given multiple options to choose from in both scones and sandwiches! Her scones options were already in the oven baking when we arrived 😀 All the food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It was the perfect afternoon.

A lovely afternoon spent at The Rabbit Hole Tea Room for my sisters baby shower. This was our third visit to this lovely tea room. We all agree this is the best afternoon tea. The food is amazing and brilliant value. The staff are very attentive and very friendly. The decor is amazing, lots of lovely things to look at. A very special place, thanks so much for a lovely afternoon.

Visited here with a group for a baby shower. The food was divine and the staff so friendly and welcoming. Absolutely wonderful little place that I can't recommend highly enough. The tea room itself is so beautifully decorated, with so much thought and attention to detail and the most wonderful tea pot collection. It's a must visit, and a must-go-back-soon.

My daughter took me for the Nightmare before Christmas themed afternoon tea. It was gorgeous we had a lovely time, the food was great and the staff friendly and efficient. The atmosphere really cosy. We're hopefully returning for the festive version. Would recommend for anyone.

Wow!! What an experience, very warm, friendly staff and delicious afternoon tea. The scones were especially tasty. The decor is very Alice in Wonderland, with lots of quirky trinkets, so much that its a lot to take in. Really enjoyable afternoon. After a second visit, which I enjoyed just as much as the first, I could take in more detail but will still need to return.

Finding such a cute tea room was a pleasant surprise. Both the food and tea are tasty and well-presented. The staff were friendly and kind. I especially enjoyed the pork pie and light meal lunch set. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.
