Love the gym here. Great staff who will always help with your gym work without question or additional fee.. Just been upgraded with brand spanking new facilities. Try it out (but please don't go on Tuesday and Wednesday nights after 6. That's when I go, and I like it quiet).. Joking.. Go when you like..

Visited a lot here as my sister turned to here a few years ago. Also became a visitor of the gym and activities that go one here. I think it's a great place for young people. And they will get a lot of help from the staff here to further their futures in positive ways.

YMCA Hanley are a top rated organisation who do some amazing work. We use their conferencing facilities and always get a warm welcome, great service and nice food. There is free WiFi, projection facilities and full use of a dedicated kitchen in the Sky room. The Sky Room also gives wonderful 360 degree views and has outdoor space. Communication within the organisation is outstanding - when you go, everyone knows who you are and why you're there...including the residents. No hesitation in recommending.

Helps young people between the ages of 16-24. You probably can not self refer to apply to live here. Has many schemes and things to support people.

I am a regular visitor at the YMCA activity center. A very good place for sports and gymnastics. Well maintained. It is very neat and the staffs are very helpful. Open all 7 days a week. Closes early on Sunday. Has limited car parking spaces. Located near to Hanley city. Very near to Hanley park.

I dropped my granddaughter there yesterday. I found the staff excellent and very helpful and helped my granddaughter settle in very well.

Every time you ring this place they pick the phone up and put it down. Its been happening all week. Not very professional at all.

My regular monthly (approximately 2 hour) lunchtime visit. Very welcoming. Open their door to the public once a month (usually on the first Friday) for a totally free hot meal including coffee or tea. Has been somewhat disappointing recently with longer waiting and stingy portion sizes.

Great gym facilities and gym staff are pleasant and friendly

Visited this Gym on a Sunday morning for a few weeks. Its a nice quiet gym and has plenty of cardio machines, some resistance machines and a small weights room. Staff were very friendly and the place was very clean and looked after.
