Top, Top place, place for all fitness types, very friendly, easy going atmosphere. You enter the gym as a stranger and come out after as part of the family. I would be lost without the place. Very highly recommended

Been for a few of the 5am circuit sessions after many years off, and completely loosing my fitness. I must say I'm extremely impressed. Fantastic equipment, extremely friendly family atmosphere, no attitudes, great guided circuits, coach has got years of experience and great value too, really enjoyable

Just taken grandson for his first session boxing he really enjoyed it thanks to stu wood

1st time here and 1st time at a gym for over 20 years. I found the people to be welcoming and staff to be attententive but not intrusive so for me was what I needed. The equiptment put me through my paces so no complaints there, and surtainly worth the cost. I look forward to going again although not the days after 😂 all part on the journey!

Absolutely Brilliant gym. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Classes for children are amazing. Adults classes are great. Could not ask gif a better gym around here
