Nice hotel, friendly staff, quick check in. Free parking, Nice pool, not too far from town centre. Stayed for 1 night as part of my Europe Road trip

Just not worth the price. Other Hotels in Aachen can provide you with a better experience and better location for the same price. Ok, for very short stays. Yes, the rooms are nice and clean and Yes, the staff is always helpful and friendly. But, - No Minibar, - The rooms are not cleaned, unless you ask for it. - The cleaning service, despite only coming when asked, is not very diligent. For example I had to specifically remind the service to change my bedsheets twice after 3 weeks. - The food for the evening is not worth the price including long waiting times like 45 minutes - Understaffed personnel - No good restaurant around for at least 15 minutes by foot. - Located about 15 minutes by foot from the center - No guaranteed parking (but it's rather rare the parking garage is full) There are often public-sharing E-Scooters around the Hotel like Lime, Voi, Dott or Tier, so the time on foot can be reduced. Also, there is an expensive third-party cleaning service. You only need to bring the washing (with included bag) to the reception and after 1-2 days max. you get reliably the washed clothes back.

The hotel is very good. Clean rooms, spacious and welcoming. Good breakfast. Best thing is the Always Open BAR!!!

Clean, well appointed 3 star hotel. Mattresses on the firm side. Shower stall bathrooms. Good amount of space. Included continental breakfast buffet has a tasty variety of hot and cold foods, soft boiled eggs, waffle station, cold cuts, variety of breads and spreads. Coffee is pretty bad but the juices are great. Comfortable short stay, walking distance to train station and local attractions.

Quiet and Clean room with a decent view, TV (no streaming) and nice bathroom. The hotel staff at the reception (day&night) and breakfast were very friendly and helped with request and minor issues. The breakfast was well organized and there were a lot of options to choose from (if you're not a vegan that is). The hotel is a little far from the centre with about 15-20 minutes of walking. We decided to put faith into public transport and were not disappointed.

The hotel is nice. The staffs are friendly Good breakfast The blanket on a king-size bed is too small. Actually it’s not suitable for 2 people. The shower glass and ground could be cleaner.

We arrived here yesterday at around 4 o’clock. We were welcomed by a nice lady at the check in desk in the hotel lobby. She explained to us where we could have breakfast the next morning and where to park the car. We then went upstairs to our hotel room which was surprisingly clean and tidy for the price we paid. The bathroom was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The wifi didn’t work, but luckily I was able to use my unlimited data plan to watch tv on my iPad as the tv in the hotel room wasn’t provided with Dutch tv-channels. The breakfast was also surprisingly diverse with various cold cuts, cheeses, German bread rolls, the typical Full English and even a waffle iron! It was a great start of my birthday today and now we’re off to Aachen city centre to celebrate my 25th birthday.

No wifi connection throughout the stay. The beddings in the sofa bed for the 3rd person in our room is not yet ready. The walls are not completely clean like there are marks. But overall for our 1 night stay stop over to Paris, is a good choice especially the location is near the autobahn. Parking is also available for a fee.

Nice hotel. Bus or Taxi ride away from the train station. Really nice lobby area. Good breakfast. Grocery store close by as well. Rooms are good. I am not sure why most Hampton Inns do not have wash cloths in the bathroom, but this one did not either. Staff was friendly and helpful (except when checking out. Guys were a bit rude).

Pretty nice place. Clean rooms and great service. Short stays would be better, but being here long term without a fridge or microwave is about the only down side. The staff is really friendly and most surreal pretty good English, so don't be afraid to visit Aachen and stay here. Oh, the breakfast is on point every day! It's about a 20-minute walk to the Dom Cathedral and the downtown area, and only 2-3 kms from the Autobahn, so getting around is pretty easy.

Not bad. Check in easy. Parking in the area is free but when there is an event you better book a space. Breakfast from 06:00 but not 100% ready as not enough staff so I can’t fully enjoy. Location is remote. Need car or bus ticket. Rooms are standard, strong hot shower. Good for an overnight stay. Bar has convenient prices. Weißbier 5,50€

Nice hotel, usually choosing it for business purposes. Rooms are very clean modern, has a nice bar. The location is not fitting tourism but definitely good choice for business trips.

Was there with the family to experience the Christmas market at Aachen. Booked two adjoining rooms. Good: rooms were very clean, modern and quiet. Bar staff on duty on that Saturday evening (and the same lady again on Sunday morning at breakfast) was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was okay-ish. Can be improved: unhelpful (one even suggested walking to the city centre when it was rainy outside) and cold reception from front-desk staff during check-in, rooms were not ready at 3pm, no compensation whatsoever (at least, a complimentary welcome drink would take away some of the disappointment), covered car park completely full in the evening (on the upside, saved 15 EUR by parking on the street), not value for money overall. For an average rate of 230 EUR per night per room booked. I expect much better from a Hilton. Will try somewhere else in future Aachen stays.

A really enjoyable stay! I will preface this review with the fact that we had a reduced price stay so were not paying full price but even at full price I would still have been as happy. The staff here were all very friendly, accommodating and chatty which was very nice to see. Our check in was really nice, friendly and informative. The guys who work on the bar were super friendly every time and the breakfast staff kept everything clean and filled up. The bar menu isn't huge but has a solid selection of general drinks (this isn't a large hotel with extensive cocktail menu). It certainly does the trick for a nice drink on their lovely terrace in the evening. They don't have a proper food menu but offer you a selection of well priced small meals if your peckish and need something to bridge the gap. After staying in a couple of higher rated hiltons and I have to say, the room in this was probably the best! Modern furnishings and a really good size bathroom with good shower. It was also the cleanest room of the hiltons we have stayed in. The location isn't very central to Aachen but with a car, no issues. Also the surrounding areas of Aachen are beautiful, so venture out and see the eifel park and beyond. I would definitely return here if we ever head back that way!

Much better than usa Hampton hilton. The room is standard . Like every where and like any others . The breakfast buffet was of better quality The bar is open late and there is lot of place in the lounge . Staff service is perfect

Heartly welcome at check in with Deborah. Nice comfortable rooms; good bar/lounge with very limited snack service, no restaurant. Good free breakfast but with 4 nights it seemingly became limited with no variation. All in all a good and pleasant hotel at easy reach and reasonable distance from the worthwhile historical city center.

This 3 star hotel deserves 5. Nice , spacious and neat room. The receptionist is very welcoming. The waitress who is doing everything herself from making drinks to delivering food deserves more incentive. It is well-spent weekend.

Brilliant place to stay at Aachen. Close to Lousberg. The breakfast was fantastic, staff was very helpful and the rooms were clean and big. We had a great time at Hilton Tivoli! Can't ask for more. We are definitely coming back....

A little shabbier than I expected. I left the TV remote under the bed spread and when I came back later, bed was made and I couldn't find the remote. It was still under the bedspread, so clearly the bed wasn't fully made. I also had a stench coming from the bathroom when I returned. It got so bad I dreamed about it and it woke me up. Turns out it was coming from the shower drain, which had no water in the air block - all I had to do was run some water. They must have cleaned it and left it dry. Small things...

One of the best hotel experiences ever. Great room (it was a Hot day so airconditioning was more than welcome). Also very nice breakfast! But the most important part Sebastiaan at the front desk was very helpfull and realy made us feel welcome! All in all great service we will be back!

Thank you, we had a lovely stay. The room was clean, quiet and had air con during the heatwave (phew!). Easy to hop on the bus into town and the breakfast was fantastic. Front desk staff could do with some practice in smiling.

Breakfast is very good. Staff isn’t friendly. Internet is bad. Streaming devices not allowed. Room is fine, clean, but nothing spectacular. It is a good value for the price. There’s not a lot of options in Aachen, but next time I am not staying here. Say hello to Stella (the cat). I am a Diamond member and I’m entitled to a late checkout based on availability. I spoke to the front desk at check in about the late check out and it was all good. On the day of departure late checkout was denied and I was forced to carry a super heavy luggage around town.

The worst experience that I ever had while staying at Hilton holtels! The room service was terrible during the week that I stayed here! The breakfast was the same everyday and didn't taste good! And the lady (A. J.) in the reception was very rude and impolite! Parking was everytime full although they sold the parking pass to me for the week ! So I had to park everynight at Tivoli and walk to hotel! I do not recommend staying here at all!

Despite the payment for the parking lot, parking the car at night turned out to be impossible. The hotel staff did not do anything about it, but said that nothing could be done about it. Traveling a lot in hotels, I encountered such a situation for the first time.

The staff made me feel so welcomed I would recommend this hotel to anyone the bar staff was so kind I will most definitely be coming back food was great felt sad I couldn't say thank you to two members of the staff marta and Michelle they were so good and kind.

Nice room. Check in was a little slow and took over an hour in the restaurant to get a burger and pasta dish. Low on staff thanks to covid no doubt.
